    This company is ridiculous and I have had nothing but a terrible experience and harassment from the company. Specifically this guy named Jerry Noel who is a "Certified Debt Specialist" for them. I gave them a one star and only because zero stars were not an option. I was considering a debt consolidation loan when I reached out to the company, ultimately they recommended a "debt consolidation program" after I took some time to look over my circumstances and educated myself on how the program worked and would impact me, my credit and my future I decided to go a different route: build an emergency fund while making minimum payments, call the companies I had issues with to have them work with me which included lowering my interest rates for 6 months and then beginning a version of the snowball method attacking my debt, etc. Jerry continued to email me originally just in a professional manner asking if I was still interested in the program before they closed my file, I responded and told Jerry that I was not interested and thanked him for his time. I then received the exact same email multiple times, eventually I specifically requested that he stop emailing me, which he has not. I would not recommend this company at all based on my experience with them and after learning what these programs actually consist of. They will ask you to stop paying on your debts, which throws them into default while you pay them. Once they get their cut or some of it, they will slowly start to close accounts out. Once your accounts are in default the companies can file suits against you and honestly this tactic is something anyone can do on their own without a middleman. It is extremely different than a debt consolidation loan where you might be getting away from higher interest rates that would free up your cash flow and allow you to attack debt.

    I would never do business with J.G Wentworth because they are not honest with you and totally took advantage of me plus made my situation worse.
    I was told they would help me get out of debt with my creditors and that they had good standing with them. In seven months they settled with only one of them and I was told they were only working one creditor at a time until I had more money in my account to give them leverage. This ended up being one of the worse decisions in my life and I should have looked at the review more closely. I'm worse off now then when I started this program because I paid into this program and was told this was their settlement fee but only one out of the 6 accounts got settled.

    Frank Pizano from JG Wentworth has hassled me and continued to call me and email me and pressure me to join their stupid "program " to relieve my debt. I told him a month ago that I wasn't interested and ge continued to harass me and he eeps pulling up my credit to look at my Financials after I told him I don't give him permission a month ago. I was very polite and respectfully declined back then but this is pure harassment. Who does he think he is continuing to look at my credit after I told him a month ago not to contact me again??!!!
