      I placed an oniline order with customer service ###-###-#### prior to starting the order I asked the agent can you put specific notes to place package in hub lockers. She informed me that was possible package delivered by fedex on 8/22/22 left at front door not hub lockers. I called spoke with Eiran she said a replacement will be set and via express when i called on thursday 8/25/22 i was informed no replacement was ordered and when i ask to speak to a supervisor by the name brandy she didnt do anything other than say sorry. I escalated the call spoke with kelly case number ****** and said someone should be contacting me within 24-48 hours no one has called me via cell or email and no solution to this matter. As a customer I feel im gettin the short end of the stick . no refund or replacement from dicks sporting goods nor fedex. highly disappointed how this is being handled. Train your staff correctly had i been informed correctly i wouldnt of proceeded with the order and when you tell a customer im sending a replacement and finish the call im expecting that but the fact i didnt get a email confirmation about this i found it odd and decided to call again. my apartment complex said they not going to resolve it it needs to be resolved by fedex or dicks sporting good. But im getting the run around with this matter.

      Twice I tried to put a item from dicks. Both times I had online associates place the order for me. The last time I called and texted with associates and was guaranteed that I would receive my order. After 8 business days. I was finally told that they are out of stock. It is a false ad online or they are only selling it to company associates and not the public. I just placed a new order after

      Although I have ordered from Dick's in the past, I have been bombarded with solicitation emails since. I never signed up to receive those emails, yet they keep coming. I have replied to the emails and have filled out feedback forms on Dick's website many times, but the emails keep coming, sometimes multiple times per day. Please stop sending me any emails. I never clicked on the link to receive them, yet they come, so that's why I'm not hitting "unsubscribe", since I never subscribed in the first place. Thank you.

      Hello, I am trying to get my money back from Dicks sporting goods. They are dragging their feet and keep making me wait for no reason. I have talked to them a few times now and they just keep saying they will escalate the issue. This has been told to me so many times now it's ridiculous. Even after reviewing the tracking information they just say I have to wait. It's been long enough. I can't believe this is.how such a big successful company treats its customers. Here is the tracking below for fedex. I really don't know where else to turn. I need my money back and they keep playing games with me. No one seems to know anything.

      I went to exchange something on Sunday august 21 that my son bought on the 16 and didn’t have the receipt but had proof of purchase on my bank statement and they only wanted to give 25 dollar credit and not my total refund back on my bank card that I purchased it with.

      as i stated in my complaint, i required to know ho wi was put on their mailing list, the company did not provide this information (I have never purchased anything from this company), furthermore, as I requested, NO further contact, they dis-regarded this request, and sent me a "survey" form to fill out. their response was useless, and did not resolve my issue with this company.

       

      I will say one last time, remove **ALL** my information you may have regarding me, as well as remove all information regarding me, that you may have given/sold to other parties, and STOP CONTACTING ME.

       

      any further contact, you will agree to $1000 per email charge.

      On August 3 my order was canceled by Melissa D********* because I had rated her a non-listener regarding. receipt of only the swim suit for the original order. I received the swimsuit in the mail but no communication regarding why I was not asked to pick up the goggles. She said first that the order was still in my cart; then she reordered it. Later I received an email stating that I had picked up the goggles.

      i bought a golf buddy GPS golf olf watch about 5 years ago, every was fine till the battery died , now I can't get a battery or anyone to install a battery
      i feel the company gollf buddy and dicks sporting goods should stall by what they sell with replacement parts andbe able to fix problem.
