      They do not honor their electronic coupons. ****** to receive texts in exchange for 15% discount and store would not honor.

      Although the service representative was polite, the company's policies to address mishandled orders and deliveries is poor. 1 star. After getting confirmation that everything I ordered shipped, the main item I wanted never arrived. They were not willing to replace it with comparable color because those items were no longer on sale. Try to go elsewhere with your business if you can.

      I ordered a package it did not arrive so I reach out and they want me buy another one to get refunded for the first one but wont send me another one or refund it unless I order another which makes no sense and refused to let me talk to someone even showed it was delivered to the wrong address

      This review is for the location at: *****************************************************************************************************************some shoes ***** ******** started to follow me around and stare at me. And made me feel uncomfortable. He then stopped me and asked whats going on I said nothing. I walked to the other side of the store and he followed me. He then said why arent you in school I walked away and didnt respond. He then stood in my way and started to harass me and started to spam questions at me like are you here with your parents and things like that are none of his business. I assume he is a *********. He then completely changed the subject to its illegal for you to own knives. I quickly humbled him by showing him the California government website that clearly states there is no minimum age to own knives in **********. And my parents allow me to carry them. AND the blade is much smaller than my palm. After this he stayed silent. He then said Im gonna call the cops. I responded with go ahead after that I left. Then a few minutes later I came back and I asked this nice dude ***** and he told me he was known for being an a** This guy needs to be fired as he is making me and other customers feel violated and harassed.

      I bought pair of **** shoes 11/1/24. They have hole in toe after only 38 days. Called corporate they said they would exchange as courtesy. Went to store to get the replacement pair. Store said they called corporate and wouldnt honor what I was told at first. Bad customer service.

      The website advertised the ****** Trace 3 model for $84.99 I got to the register to pay and and the shoes rang up $99.99. I questioned why they stated its a different color . I had worn the shoes in the store to break them in and put me in an uncomfortable position to have to pay the updated price . The cashier was unable to resolve the issue and she suggested I call customer service. I called and they were no help .

      Bite and switch. They offered Patagonia capilene base layer at a very low price $25) so I had to add some items I didn't really need to get the Patagonia. Needless to say the Patagonia was cancelled. Scam.

      Terrible! I ordered online and no where did it say it was a preorder! Try to cancel and they say you only have 30 min to cancel! Terrible customer service

      I purchased shoes at *************************************** Sporting Good last month (10/11/24) and went to returned them today (11/08/24), but was denied by the cashier because it was not in the condition that can be put back on the self for resale. Which was fine so I went to go look for another pair of shoe. The shoes I had were light pink Hoka bought for $165. I wore it once, the top of the shoes was like new, but the bottom you can tell it was worn outside and wanted to return the shoes because they hurt my feet. I told my husband that I wasnt able to return it and he insisted on asking someone in the shoe department. We were lucky enough to ask a really nice fellow who took a look at the shoe and said he was able to clean so I should be able to return it. He walked me to the front and told the cashier to accept the return. The cashier who denied my return was the same who helped me do the return. She told me next time do not ask anyone from another department because they should not have the say of what the return should be up front in cashier and that I purchased my shoes past the 30 days (which I didnt). After I did my return the fellow from the shoe department asked if I was looking for another pair and he will help me out getting me the shoes. I knew what I wanted since I did my research and ended up getting the New Balance 530. I shouldve went to another store so I did to have to deal with the cashier again, but the fellow in the shoe department was very helpful so I decided to get the shoes there. When I got to the register the same cashier helped me. She again pointed to their return and refund policy telling me that I cannot return anything after 30 days. After she scanned my shoe the other cashier looked over the register and commented, Its cheaper than the other shoes so they wanted the money. That was uncalled for to make those comments to any customer and the cashier shouldve check the receipt date before saying Im returning my shoes after 30 days.

      Dick's Sporting Goods, ******************************************************************************, has a policy that a government issued picture ID must be presented when picking up merchandise ordered online. However, in practice, this is NOT done. As a result I have been victimized by the fraudalent use of stolen credit card information and email address. The credit card company has initially refused to reverse this fraudalent charge citing the fact that Dick's Sporting Goods has a "policy" of requiring a picture ID even though in practice this is not done. My government issued picture ID has never been out of my possession and I have never been in the state of ********.
