      The part came damaged with holes in the rubber. The return process was a nightmare and the customer service was non existent and did absolutely nothing to help or make things right. It all falls on the customer jumping through hoops to only get no help or courtesy. You will have to pay to return any part regardless of them sending you damaged parts. It's not worth the hassle or trouble, just order through another company that cares about customer satisfaction. I won't ever order through this company again after this experience. They do everything they can to price ***** you with shipping and restocking fees. I tried to support a smaller business but I will choose ****** or another big company from now on. At least if it's the wrong part or damaged I know the other companies will help or make it right.

      Will not refund shipping to me even though they shipped bad part. Then will not give a refund on core I shipped back to them.

      This is my first purchase from parts geek and my last the worst experience very unprofessional and impossible to get a hold of customer service. Ive tried for eight hours trying to get customer service. They tell you if you want to. Well call you back press one and you press one and nothing happens. I bought the part according to the picture that they had the part arrived. Had nothing to do with the picture so I filed a return they want me to pay for shipping and they want to charge me for a restocking fee like Im getting punished because they sent me the wrong part. Beware do not deal with these people. They are the worst.

      I ordered an AC compressor that did not work. I waited on the phone 4 hours on hold. I was told by their website chat that I couldn't be refunded for a part that had been installed. How would I know it didn't work if it wasn't installed and found to be non-working?

      If I could leave zero stars, I would. Do not order from this place. We called to have them order the parts we needed because we wanted to be sure we got the right part. Took it to the mechanic and they said it was the wrong part. They admitted one part they ordered for us was wrong but still dont admit the other part was wrong. Argued over a refund for over a week. They want pictures and wouldnt send a return label so we sent it back where it came from with our own money. The customer service said we sent it to the wrong place (they wouldnt tell us where to ship it before) even though its one of their DCs and they want us to pay for another label to have it shipped to another DC for us to get a refund. Sounds like similar experience to others. Will always remember to check BBB before making such a large purchase next time.

      Piece of s*** company total liars i ordered a replacement window button for my car said it was guaranteed for up to 10k clicks well the same f****** button broke within a month and it definitely didn't get 10k clicks to it. I went into the return process oh you need the original packaging, something called a rma number, your order number... as well as returning a part that isn't damaged even though it broke or i won't recieve the full refund... part has to be eligible for resale... what the f**** the point of the gurantee? They are a f****** scam! Fo not believe them do not buy from them!

      **************** is nonexistent called and sat on hold multiple times as well as left my number for a call back which never came. I ordered a part with the expectation of getting it quick which didnt happen either. Turns out one of the two parts I ordered was wrong, the only way to return it since there was no one available to talk to was their online return page which requires a reason for the return which was required to begin the return. Of course all of the options placed the blame on me which allowed them to require me to pay for return shipping and a restocking fee. AVOID THIS SITE AT ALL COSTS ! ! !

      I ordered a part *** this company next day air and they immediately charged my card. After taking my money I had to send them uploaded pics of my drivers license after that I had to upload copies of my utility bills. Finally received a part and the part was not correct. Tried to return the part however it appears impossible to communicate with customer service and the online system makes sure you are not able to make a return or get a refund. I have been scammed out $276. If anyone doubts this review call them and see for yourself.

      They sent wrong part an cost me 15 dollars to return an been on hold for 45 min to talk to someone an still on hold says to press 1 to get call back this option does not work sorry I ordered from them
