      Initially, I was excited receiving a passenger side fender cover for my car. However, much to my dismay, I received the driver's side. I was accommodated by getting a full refund. I decided to order the part again to maintain a sense of loyalty. Again, I received the driver's side inner fender lining again. I had to send the part back, but in the second delivery, I was not fully refunded because they deducted the shipping cost from my refund which is a disgrace and unethical when they made the mistake by sending me the incorrect part, not once, but twice. It turns out that the website had the same SKU number for both the left and right inner fender panel. The customer support team was adamant I made the mistake which was false. Thus, their website does not have correct SKU numbers, and two, the consumer invariably will pay for the company's mistake by not refunding the full amount of an incorrect part. If there was a negative review, it would be warranted.

      I'm in between and here's why. After the dealership quoted me over $9,000 in repairs, I decided to go on to Parts Geek and buy every part that I needed and have someone help me install. Every part was correct, EXCEPT the struts. These struts were 2 different kinds and typically struts have a spring around them. No springs, 2 different parts with 2 different part numbers. I just came back from *** to ship them back, and had to pay $60 for shipping. So yes, I will HOPEFULLY get my $60 back from the parts but I'm still out $60 from the shipping.

      Ordered parts and it was shipped to an old address even though I entered my new address on the order. They are very rude on the phone and even though the part was returned to them I am still waiting for a refund.

      I ordered a part for my car. A specific brand of greasable sway bar link. They sent the wrong part, a cheaper non greasable one.Argued with them about this being their fault , to get a pre paid return label. Also asked if they would fulfill the order with the correct part. I was told they only do refunds, they dont fulfill orders as listed on website. And then the lack of a customer service team, makes it impossible to get what you want. Shop somewhere else you will be much happier.

      Just charged me for overnight shipping and only shipped half the order overnight. The rest ground shipping . So I dont have the parts on time together. Extra 40 dollars down the drain . ** keeps making different excuses. Going to dispute the shipping charge with my cc ***

      Received the wrong part. Sent it back at my own expense to the address they provided in an email and it was returned as a non existent address. They will not assist in return and will not answer calls. Texting and customer service is avoiding the issue and will not provide a solution. Complete scam. I'm out ***** but that's a lot for me. Do not use Parts Geek.

      PartsGeek crooked. I ordered an OEM AC/Delco timing belt/water pump kit. Cost $240. It was all generic parts no OEM parts, except for the AC/Delco box they came in! If I wanted generic I could have got the parts for $60. Partsgeek is a shady company.......beware. I'm one and done with that company.

      Placed an order for an exhaust for my vehicle. Ended up calling next day in an attempt to cancel the order, since I had the repair done by a shop instead. After sitting on hold for 30 min. No one ever picked up so I opted for a call back as prompted by the automated message. No one ever called me back. As the items arrived at my house, I immediately initiated a return and took the items to my nearest **** In order to return the items I had to pay for new labels and ADDITIONAL shipping costs to return them, not to mention the restock fee that applies to the items. I havent received my money back yet, but even if I do, I will not recoup the loss. Never use this website. Their customer service is disappointing and if something doesnt work out, youll end up paying more and never recoup the cost. Ill never be using this website again.

      Parts Geek would not let me cancel an order before it even shipped out and before i was even charged for it. They said it would have to be shipped to me which also meant iwould be charged for the order and I would have to pay to ship it back. When the order arrived, it was the wrong parts for my vehicle. When I called the second time to talk to Manager ****** ext. 3014, which is the same person I spoke to the first time who was very rude both times, to let him know that the parts were wrong and it's their mistake they should pay for shipping to return the items. He informed me that Parts Geek would not pay for shipping to return the items even though the order is completely wrong. I asked him a second time to clarify what he said. So, at this point the issue is not resolved. I am out $600 for parts I cannot use due to Parts Geeks error in sending me the wrong parts and they want me to pay $300 to ship the order back. All of this could have been avoided if they would have stopped the order before it was even shipped out. I was instructed by the BBB to write a customer review before we start proceedings.
