      Ordered Window Door Seals for my 08 ***** Accord and the box arrived damaged while I was at work. I found all 4 seals were damaged and unusual in the box. I went through Parts Geeks return process within 24 hrs of receiving the parts and even attached pictures of the damaged parts. They sent me an email that the warehouse would process the request. After about 5 minutes I received another email that gave me return instructions to ship the damaged parts back to them with the *** number on the shipping label and insert the tracking number into their system. Nowhere in their return process did they offer me a chance to receive a shipping label nor tell me that I needed to get on their online chat and ask for one. When I got on their online chat to ask if I would be reimbursed when the parts where received at their warehouse, ********* told me I would not. When I asked her where it shows in their policy or during the return process to ask for a shipping label, she said that it isnt! She said that it is sensed the customer should ask for it. I have never ordered any parts online anywhere else where they did not send you a shipping label as soon as the return was approved. This company does not care about its customers and I will not order from them again. Very disappointed in their customer service making it seem like it is my fault for following their instructions to return the parts and then telling me it is not their policy, which is listed nowhere on their site, that a customer has to ask for a return label!

      ORDERED THREE PARTS. RECEIVED TWO. WERE NO HELP GETTING PROBLEM CORRECTED.ENDED UP PAYING FOR PARTS THAT WERE NEVER SHIPPED. COULD TELL BY THE WEIGHT AND DIMENSIONS ON THE ***** SHIPMENT DETAILS. TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE.

      I cannot even give this company 1 star! I had the worst experience when I ordered a part on May 6. Tried for 9 days to get the part shipped. We needed it asap. Called several times only to be told it was in the warehouse. Finally on day 9 of waiting for some communication I called to cancel the order. "Miraculously" I was told my order was being shipped. I told them repeatedly during that phone call that I wanted to cancel the order and get a refund. Was told I couldn't get it because the part shipped. I told them that was funny because i didn't receive an email notification that it shipped. When I asked for a number to the warehouse they claimed they did not have it. Now I am receiving a part I no longer need and will have to deal with returning it. I just want a refund! I will no longer deal with this company and suggest to stay clear of this company! It is the most unprofessional company I ever dealt with!

      Wish I could give zero stars. Ordered an alternator for my truck was sent the wrong one. Not the same part that I ordered. I tried to prove this and the customer service agent said the warehouse would most likely pay for the return shipping only for them to deny. I sent it back and paid out of pocket and they refused the package and sent it back to me. After that they closed my open return case and basically told me of f-off. Horrible horrible website! It wasnt my fault to begin with, and I included all the details they required. They sent the part to me in a mail bag not a box, so I had to use my own box (which they told me to do). I cant imagine why they refused the package besides being scammers and crooks. Now Im stuck with an alternator that doesnt fit. Thanks a lot parts geek!

      I ordered a distributor for a 1996 ****** camry and it fell apart within a week. The rotor button s**** cam out and ruined the inside of the distributor cap. This caused my daughter's car to break down while driving home and had to be towed. I paid around $78.00 dollars for it and it was going to cost $55.00 to ship it back to them for a refund. I will never do business with them again. It seems like a reputable business would want to make things right. I will make sure all my auto mechanic buddies know to beware of this. I guess you live and you learn. Thank goodness there are other reputable businesses out there that care about their customers.

      I ordered an alternator for my car. I received the alternator broken and I took pictures of when it arrived outside the front door, what the package looked like, opened the package and it was in a broken box. So I opened and part of the alternator was broken. So I reached out so I could return the part, either for a new alternator or refund. This was on the 6th. So they emailed me a return label and I went to the store and sent on the 7th. Updated delivery showed delivered and signed for on the 8th. So reached back out for refund or another alternator. They advised that someone had sent the wrong return address label to me and that they would send it back. The whole order or label was wrong because it didn't even show that it would not come back to me. So I asked what could be done because I live in a whole other state then where the package was located. They sent a new return label in my email on the 13th. What was I supposed to do since I still did not have the package. They kept giving me the run around about contacting the warehouse to update the package or escalate the issue still to this point and day and I would hear back within 48 hours. This is totally unacceptable considering I am being punished for someone from parts geek sending me the wrong label for the return and get either a new alternator or a full refund. I am without a car and this is very frustrating and yet I have been dealing with parts geek for years. This is the first and last encounter that I have with this company because I feel I am being held accountable for someone else's wrong doing that is beyond my control.

      Terrible experience.I ordered a radiator that the website clearly states would fit my vehicle. The radiator had no location to attach the temp sensor/fan switch. They told me to return the item. The return process is horrible. Had to send my VIN, pictures of the item I received?, cost of return falls to me. Made me jump through multiple hoops all the while reminding me no refund If I don't. I would not mind if this was my mistake but it's not. Won't ever use them again

      I want to start off by asking how Parts Geek has an A+ rating when the Average review is rated at a 2.9 Stars. Please help me understand this and take care of the issue that I had with them along with all the other issues that are listed below. Thanks. If I had the option of leaving a zero star review I would. I ordered an O2 sensor for my *** and according to the description on the Parts Geek Catalog, the part would fit either the upstream or the downstream sensor on my vehicle. I received the part in a timely manner, but when I went to install it, I was shocked to find that the electrical connector to not match up with either sensor which meant it was unable to be installed. I returned the part. When they received the part, they said that it looked used or installed, so they denied my refund and said they were going to scrap the part. When I talked with a person there, she told me that the warehouse denied it for the same reasons that they listed on the ticket. I told her that it was the wrong part therefore I could not install the part. I am out the money that paid for the shipping and the $50 for the part. I am extremely disappointed and will never use Parts Geek again. Everyone I talk to will know not to use them at all.

      I wouldnt recommend parts geek to anybody I was misled to believe that they would pay for the return of the core on the alternator it cost more to mail it then I would get back to the core and to mail back something is absolute nonsense because you gotta wait for an email which can take 48 hours to **************************************** the box and mail back. You cant very disappointing. Never recommend them or use them again its not worth the grief and aggravation. Even think that might work out for you because it wont.

      The part came damaged with holes in the rubber. The return process was a nightmare and the customer service was non existent and did absolutely nothing to help or make things right. It all falls on the customer jumping through hoops to only get no help or courtesy. You will have to pay to return any part regardless of them sending you damaged parts. It's not worth the hassle or trouble, just order through another company that cares about customer satisfaction. I won't ever order through this company again after this experience. They do everything they can to price ***** you with shipping and restocking fees. I tried to support a smaller business but I will choose ****** or another big company from now on. At least if it's the wrong part or damaged I know the other companies will help or make it right.
