      I've not had any problems with getting the right part at the right time. I had to return 1 part, but I'm not sure why, but I had no problem with returning the item. Parts have always shipped and arrived in tact and on time.

      Stephen M. Jacksonville NC. Let me start out by saying I have been buying parts from PartsGeek for over a year now and everything has been fine up to this point. I am restoring a 1964 Galaxie 500 and needed a new fuel tank. Around Sept 10, 2022 I ordered a Spectra Premium PT#ST221 tank, with new straps, fuel cap and sending unit. I inspected it when I received it and looked in good order. Meter surface was very shiny so I painted new surface so it would not rust. Upon install I went to put new gas cap on and found it would not fit. Looking closer and comparing to original I saw that the bung welded to fuel spout during manufacturing was to large for the ears on fuel cap. I was very disappointed and felt like this was a safety issue since you would be unable to secure cap and fuel would leak. Called PartsGeek to relay my concerns and they sounded concerned somewhat until i told them the tank had been painted. After that they hid behind their policy of not being able to accept parts that had been painted. I reminded them that this was feta SAFETY CONCERN and did not matter if it was painted or not and would like to send pictures and talk to someone. But kept getting emails back that the issue was closed and of no more concern to them. I knew at that point I was not going to change their minds. So now I am out $180.00 . Shame on me for trying to save a buck. Do yourself a favor like I had to and get the real deal from a Reputable place like Dennis C******** for your old Ford restoration parts. And make darn sure you look at EVERYTHING before you ever paint and install. Hope this saves somebody else a Headaches. Will not be buying nothing else from this Retailer.

      Please accept our sincere apologies for failing to provide you with the excellent service you expected from us. We allow customers to return incorrectly ordered merchandise however the part returned to us was installed into your vehicle. Our return policy explains all items must be in new resalable condition. We cannot accept items that have been used, installed, modified or disassembled. When parts they have installed do not fix their problem, they want to return them and try something else. Electrical parts are easily damaged by improper installation or testing therefore we cannot accept returns on these items unless they are NOT plunged-in, opened or unsealed. Due to the the part being installed we are unable to resell it. Again, we apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused.

      As stated on our policy, How Should I Ship Back My Return?

      All returns are freight prepaid by the customer. We do not offer return shipping reimbursement regardless of the party at fault.

      However, there are some instances we issue a return label if the issue was caused by Parts Geek.

      Do not buy from these clowns. Order was never delivered to FedEx to ship even though tracking number was given to me. Further inquiry said parts were delivered to me and I had returned them. WTF! Thankfully I used PayPal and dispute was resolved in less than 24 hours after I told their rep I was contacting BBB. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY

We are unable to refund our customers immediately or provide another shipment as the carrier could find the package within a few days and deliver it to the customer.
