Parts Geek WILL NOT pay for return shipping if you order online. They were very rude and put the blame on the customer. Heavy parts can cost over $100 to ship returns. There is NO NOTICE of this policy on their website. Very poor customer service and bad business practices. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY!!!!!!Parts Geek LLC

Refunds will be issued on the part itself minus any discounts. Outgoing shipping charges are not refundable for any reason. Your total refund amount will be listed on your refund e-mail.

3 starsI ordered two parts from you that have been wrong for my vehicles twice I’ve had to wait for you to receive my part back and then wait another 7 to 10 days to get my refund I think that’s kind of ridiculous I have placed other orders like my alternator and glow plugs which came on time and works fine I know parts Deke sells less quality parts For a discount but I am afraid to order anything else from themReview fromHerbert B.

Last year your company solved the problem I have had for a long time, by making available a set of ignition coils for my 1999 Jaguar XJ8 for the same price every where else were asking the same price you charged for 8 that they were asking for one.
