      Shipping and handling ruins the low prices of the part. You guys are the reason O Reilly's and pep boys are doing such a good business.

      Unfortunately I’m very dissatisfied with the customer service parts geeks offered. I had two axles that I bought from them go bad within a couple months of them being on the vehicle they don’t offer an exchange program so I had to return the item re-purchase the new item pay for the shipping again and pay for the shipping to return the items that I had previously purchased that went bad. Not to mention I had to pay labor three times to have my problem corrected. They didn’t seem to care one bit they were more worried about a $20 shipping label then making a customer happy. I don’t find myself purchasing from them in the future! Buyer beware.

      Read the return policy carefully. I purchased a radiator from these guys that came damaged, the radiator was 310.68 but the shipping to return it was 164.00. UPS suggested having partsgeek print a return label and take the charge out of the refund as they only pay 43.00 because it's a corporate account. Partsgeek refused to help in any way with the return. There return instructions are extremely detailed and state if if dont follow them exactly you wont receive a refund. So I'm out 310.00
      And needless to say I will never order from partsgeek again.

      1I'm not complaining about the prices, I always and will shop around . The main problem I have is freight and handling is ten times what it should be. When a mere 2 ounce item costs 10.99 to ship to me that says they DON"T want my business ever again. And YES i do tell all my friends and relatives so they won't get it broke OFF in them.

      Parts Geek is solid when it comes to truck parts. They know there stuff to eliminating wrong part error s like some of the other guys no names. And also have huge selection of parts almost guaranteed to have your part in stock. From cheaper to expensive variety of brands shipping on time. Thats what I look for in a company doing business with and The Parts Geeks get rid of The Parts Sqeeks. Order now get this week. Thanks

      I ordered parts they were wrong i returned them they only returned a third of the other and kept the rest I tried to resolve this and got no where. I was a good customer but they will get no more business from me until this is taken care of. There customer service sucks.

      I purchased a part from parts geek through eBay and requested Immediately to cancel. I dident get a response until the following morning that I could not cancel, I was assured that once I receive the part I can send it back and get a full refund. I did as he asked and sent back the part it’s been about a week now and have not received money back and customer service is non responsive. I will never do business with this company again.
