      # 1 No way to save chat.
      # 2 No way to get answers about policies
      # 3 I am not happy with all the hopes I have to jump through to get answers.
      # 4 I am very happy with the price of their product. and delivery on time.
      # 5 I think that Greek Parts is better than other online parts dealers at this time.
      # 6 I'm old school and I am not updated on online business

      I am dissapointed. Two different orders were parts that look fine however, performance and specifications not good. Side view mirror for Toyota tacoma adjustment range is half of oem. All i can see is my door. Door handle linkage hole too big, so plastic bushing repeatedly feel out. I had to run around the city to fix it myself.
      I'm done with their parts.

      I purchased a rear brake kit for my car and the catolog didn’t show two different calipers. It took two months to get back to the car. At this point I contacted these jerks and was told there was nothing they could do to help me. Even thou it was there catolog that was wrong. I would really think twice about ordering from this company. Worse customer service ever. All I wanted was the right pads and they told to much time had passed.

      Unfortunately I've never come across a company in my life that takes 2 weeks and counting to ship an item. Small item with over 50 in stock and yet its still preparing for shipment....
      I've seen alot of great reviews but in my personal experience all I can now say is if you want your parts in any decent amount of time, order from someplace else. I could have ordered from China and received my parts by now. In any case it's your choice. Do as you will and order from who you wish.

      Yesterday on the chat I was lied to about what came in the kit that I ordered for my truck. Today I talked to somebody else on on the phone and was told that the parts I actually needed we’re not in the kit and that I can’t cancel my order I have to wait get it return it and then wait again for my refund very very poor service

      I purchased a oxygen sensor. It was the wrong one. I asked to return them. Which they agreed. I returned them with ether RMA number on the outside of the package. It was received by them. But, I received a email that the sensor was not received and the case closed. I tried to reach out, but they would not respond, I didn’t reach out in time. I will not buy from them again
