      I attempted to return a headlight for my 2011 Lexus Es350. My vehicle had the adaptive lights and Parts Geek sent the fixed lights. I was denied a return due to being past the 30 (not 90) day return. It is labor intensive and my wife needed use of the car, so I did not find out they sent me the wrong light until after their return deadline. Poor customer service. I will not use parts geek or recommend them to anyone

We are saddened you do not agree with our return policy as it is listed on our website and all email confirmations however, our 30 day no hassle return policy is common in the automotive parts industry.       You kats charge for shipping and still send parts of our orders to the ground postal when you were not given a postal address and yet shipping was paid!!!
      Why do you steal money from people with no conscious?????
      I'm going to inform IRS, because you pulled that stunt 2wice with my orders from you.

      Ordered sway bar bushings geekparts .com they sent me the wrong parts and told go USPS office send them back with rma number I had to pay to send them back .3 hrs later I get an email saying to print out return label no computer or printer in home now they saying they paid for return shipping ,
      So now I'm out $11.90 the rep was hateful when I called to bring this their attention.

      I have used parts Geek-for the last several years. I have several older automobiles that parts are obsolete. Weather ordering online or using the phone to call and talk to someone there everyone was very helpful and received my parts quite quickly within four days. Parts fit exactly as expected thank you parts geek will continue buying parts from you.

      I ordered a fuel injector set for my 97 Mustang Gt. Upon arrival they were packaged poorly in a bag. The individual boxes the injectors were in inside the bag were smashed and a couple injectors were laying loosely inside the bag. When I installed them I noticed the electrical prongs on them were slightly bent so I couldn't plug them in. Obviously these were not tested before being sent out.. I straightened them slightly so I could plug them in. Once installed my car had a hard start and would not idle once started. I communicated this with them and they said that since they were installed there was nothing they could do. How was I supposed to know they didn't work correctly unless installed?? They also stated that they should have been inspected before I accepted them. They were left a my door while I was not home and I don't expect the carrier to wait around while inspected. Terrible customer service and they do not stand by their products. They are nothing but thieves that sell Chinese parts! It did not state that they were made in China when I ordered them. They are a fraud!

      They are very good at all of there service. Part's arrive on time. Replacement and refund they are on it right away. Been getting parts for My Gran Prix 08 for several years and I will rate them a #5

      I purchased a idle control valve for my 2005 dodge stratus when I received the item I installed it right away. It didn’t work the same day I called customer service they said they would not send a replacement part. And said I would have to reorder the item. And would not issue credit until received by their customer returns center.
      I did just that and ordered the replacement part from advanced auto witch I should have done in the first place.
      Don’t order from geekparts…

      Most of our parts (but not all) come with a one year warranty excluding wear and tear items. Depending on the type of product you purchased, you may also have an extended warranty if you purchased one. Please also refer to the manufacturer information that was included with your product for additional information. If your part fails we will issue you an RMA number to return the product. Faulty parts and improperly installed parts return decisions are left up to the particular manufacturers' rules and regulations. We process the return for you by accepting the part and then forward the part directly to the manufacturer for final approval. Installation of auto parts should be handled by a Certified Automotive Technician, and you should maintain a copy of the repair order after the repair is completed for your records. Especially, with items such as ECM's, A/C Compressors, Receiver Dryers, etc. where misdiagnosis and/or installation can easily damage a part. Remember, that having a certified technician install a part does not necessarily mean it was properly installed, but it will eliminate more of the common errors. On occasion, we may ask for the original repair order and other documentation regarding the repair to be sent to us in order to process the return. If your part is found to be defective you will receive a full refund. All replacement items must be re-purchased. We do not send out free replacements.

      Buy a front end kit bad quality last only 3 months ,and i dont use the truck a lot only use it maybe 30 miles a week,
