      So far so good. I haven't ordered but a few items but pricing is fair delivery was fast on half. The other half not so but no deal breaker. I will be using you more in the future that's for sure.

      I was in Dallas when my order arrived at my other home in Las Cruces. But evidently it could have been lost or even stolen because the door bell camera didn’t show anything. In any case I didn’t receive it. When I contacted Parts Geek on this issue they resent my original order at no extra charge. Amazing folks. I have ordered several times from them since.

      I did not like your return policy on a new alternator for my 2018 F-250. Used one okay but a new one, no way. I gave three stars because your Customer Service Representative, Mike helped me get the core returned to you all. I have to still wait for the parts department to contact me by e-mail but once again Three stars only because of Mike your CS rep.

      The 30-day return policy we have is commong among the automotive industry, and as stated on our website, How Do I Return a Part or Core?
      (DO NOT SEND RETURNS BACK WITHOUT AN RMA NUMBER) We have a 30 day return policy. All parts and cores must be returned within 30 days of purchase with a valid RMA number. We do not accept any returns after 30 days, no exceptions. To obtain an RMA number, you can go to Manage My Order and enter your email address and order number or you may submit a support ticket above within 30 days of purchasing your product and we will email you an RMA (return merchandise authorization) number with instructions. Returns can't be accepted without an RMA Number.

      IMPORTANT: Please be aware that you might receive multiple RMA numbers if you are returning multiple products. It is very important to return items to their correct return location with the correct RMA#. If products are returned to an incorrect location, credit will not be issued or significantly delayed.

      Again, please accept our apologies for any inconvenience we may have caused and for the delay in receiving a resolution from our establishment.

      Absolutely Horrible
      I ordered a Strut (KIT) for my car on 7.25.2022 my poor customer service journey just ended 8.11.2022
      First they marked my order as fraud; which I don't understand how as I was on the line with customer service when the order was placed, and not an online unassisted order, I would hate to think that I was profiled.. this pushed back my order several days. I was subjected to customer service reps who could care less and rude because it seems that they are a third party company.. extremely non cholent. A so called fraud department that you could only speak to through email who made me sit and wait for a response for 6-7 hours. I had to send my drivers license and bank statement via email to prove who I was; which was scary because I had never ordered from this company before. I was contacted only through email for that issue if I would have not looked in my email I would not even have known. once the package was shipped which took 6 days it was shipped partially. I pleaded and begged with several supervisors and customer service reps to just send the additional parts that went along with the kit, after countless calls and hours ,they kept saying that was not something that could be done and that they could not help me and that I had to send the part back even though it was their fault .. I called several supervisors and reps to confirm this because i could not believe what I was hearing. I had to wait to receive a return shipping label for the part. I had to for the part to be inspected once received at the warehouse... and then and only they could issue a refund which could take 10-14 days I spent daysssssss on the phone in pure distress. Then on top after getting the refund they shorted the me the shipping fee on which I had to call back and ask for when it was clearly their fault of all of this to begin with... needless to say my car sat at an auto shop almost a month because of the extremely poor service that I received. I would never ever use

      Due to the increasing number of fraudulent transactions affecting online companies, we have had no choice but to implement strict procedures in processing orders and we attempt every measure to protect our customers. In accordance to all credit/debit transactions regulations, all merchants are required to present a positive AVS and unfortunately, your transaction was presented as a negative AVS because of a different shipping address than the approved credit card billing address. (Thus, voiding the required positive avs, in accordance to Visa/Mastercard regulations) Because of these circumstances, we require a copy of a driver’s license to confirm the billing and shipping address for additional security measures.

      We also like to apologize for you receiving missing components to a kit. Our management has been notified of your concerns and we are working with the warehouses to improve their packing methods.

      I have been buying my auto part from partsgeek for more than 2 years, never had any issues, if I get te wrong item, just call them and return it, get reimbursed ASAP.

      I purchased parts online, received them promptly, but they were the wrong parts. I requested a return, and received one. The parts were returned to them within 3 days. I waited 11 more days before the company contacted me, stating that they were only refunding money for one of the two parts. They stated that 1 part was USED. THAT PART WAS TAKING OUT OF THE BOX, DISCOVERED TO BE THE WRONG PART, AND PLACED BACK IN THE BOX!! How can a wrong part be "used"??

      How can a part that does not fit on the vehicle, a part that does not belong on the vehicle be installed on the vehicle?? ITS THE WRONG PART!! Meaning it CANNOT WORK ON SAID VEHICLE!!!
