      Purchased a tie rod and ball joint kit for a **** f 350 4 wheel drive, their agent asked me twice if it was rear wheel drive, I told him 4 wheel drive. They sent me the kit for 2 wheel drive and refused to send me a label to return it. When clearly their agent didnt understand 4WHEEL drive. Part $ ******. Cost for me to ship back because of their mistake $150. ****** learned? *********, NEVER USE THIS COMPANY!! they are a joke and can't even honor their "no hassle returns" will continue to use car ************************** or ******. Never have had any problems with them. We purchase a lot n of automotive parts. You just lost a well paying customer and we will ensure thar all our friends and automotive friends and families know this information. Pretty dad when this is how your company makes money, by cheating honest hard working folks.

      when Parts geek make a mistake in their parts listing and a consumer buys the part, parts geek has an obligation to not only refund the transaction but reimburse the shipping and cover the return shipping. 5the error was Parts geeks not mine. I will not ever order from them again. very poor customer service. ***** being victimized by a billion-dollar company

      They send the completely wrong parts and charge the buyer to ship it back, and do not refund you even though they made the mistake. **************** is impossible to reach. They don't answer their phones, return calls, or answer emails. This has happened twice in a row. ****************.

      Worst company ever. Sent me the wrong part. Went back and forth with 6 emails, sending ridiculous requests for pictures (even pictures of their own shipping label and packing slip and multiple explanations . Part was not what I ordered. Picture on order is correct but that isnt what was sent. Gave me run around for days to get an RMA because it was their error, not mine. DO NOT BUY from this company, it is a waste of time and money.

      ordered shift cables from them received the first one and completely wrong so waited to receive the the second one in the order it arrived while i was at work and the carrier did not drop it off because it said i owe $7 in postage i have never ran into this with any online order in my life. so try to figure out how to receive my parts and they shipped them back to parts geek and i got a refund of half of what that cable cost due to restocking fees complete bs gave them one chance and by far the worse online order experience i have ever had rather order from wish or temu. NEVER order from parts geek.

      I ordered a part and its been almost a month and I havent received it. Ive talked to customer service many times and they refuse to give my money back. I would highly recommend that nobody ever ordered from Parts Geek. They have terrible customer service and are thieves.

      I ordereed a $70 part. Refused deliery ***** sent it back. PartsGeek sent it back to me. This back and forth refused delivery happened three times. finally thery *** me a refused delivery form. They finally kept the unpackaged new part. THEY REFUNDED ME $40 AND CHARGED ME $30 PROCESSING.

      Would not recommend under any circumstances from my 2 experiences. I entered a specific part number sequence provided by my mechanic. The search came back with several listings but I chose the first one, assuming that it was the correct number I had requested. That turned out to be close only. The second order was for headlights that were shown in the ad as the same OEM numbers. This turned out to be false as they are an aftermarket made in ******. Customers to not set up a login and password as other companies do to order an item or view invoices. This company states that the shipping address is concealed for security. A login and password would certainly rectify that in my view. A customer order number and email search for tracking gives a "Try again later" response. Their parts people cannot see an invoice, just the order number, and if it was received and the email associated with the order. I question the return shipping and 15% restocking fee that they impose and have read horror stories about broken parts that the customer has to pay ****** conclusion, it would be better to look elsewhere for those needed parts.

      Purchased TRQ wheel hubs and CV axles from parts geek in February 2025..installed on 17-year old sons truck..wheel hub assembly separated while my son was driving truck.contacted parts geek who refused to replace the bad wheel hub unless I disassembled the other hub and both CV axles and returned the complete kit WOW what an inconvenience.Seems like part geeks would work with TRQ and replace just the defective wheel hub assembly.Note: contacted *** and got this reply Thank you for your email. For assistance regarding your order, please contact the retailer you ordered from directly. We are a manufacturer and do not have access to any of your information. ******************************************************* you,Kemal TRQ AutoParts

      These people are the worst! They sent the part to the wrong address after I gave them the correct address. They ignore their customers. THESE PEOPLE ARE THE WORST! I still don't have my part and now I have to hire someone to pick up my part in ** and ship to ME! What a hassle! Buy any place else and avoid the heartache.Actually they are a ZERO star company.
