      If I could give you zero stars I would. Will never order from Partsgeek ever again all go to the source, you charge people for shipping each item when you order in bulk.Don't order from here.

      If the part is wrong you pay to return it.First charge for shipping to you.Second charge you pay to return it.Third you pay restocking fees.Will never buy from them again.A large penalty for getting a wrong part, bad form for an online business

      After buying front rotors and brake pads as a kit for2013Hyundai Elantra for $95.18 on June ******* They sent me wrong ********* took me 5 days of their ********,not being able to talk to real person to instruct me where and how to send them back.After spending another $39.50 to Fed EX to have them returned. Then on June 15th ******* sent me a nice little note saying the parts were not new because a slight little grease line showed where we tried the first rotor on. A flathead that locates where the rotor fits correctly. Therefore I was told kit was DISCARDED and was not going to get any REFUND.These people are nothing but thieives,crooks,scammers and a******* I will not ever buy any thing from them again even if they were last parts place on this earth. AND THAT'S ALL I GOT TO SAY ABOUT IT!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

      They sell junk from ***** and then when it fails within the first day they make you pay the freight to send the junk back to them. I see exactly why they have such a bad rating. I wish I would have looked at their BBB rating first.

      Sent the wrong Parts, Won't answer emails, won't supply a phone number, Keep delaying until the time of returns and refunds run out, Parts were ordered according to their own page, which indicated that they were correct, Sent them all the information, Vin#, and all photos to prove the issues, Just refuse to answer in any manner, They took the money from my account quickly, But now refuse to issue Refund, And send Return shipping labels They are probably going to expect me to pay for return shipping even after I proved it was their mistakes

      Ordered wiper blades and they sent the wrong ones. The package they came in had been torn open. I assume it was a return from someone else. **************** was no help, they never picked up the call. I call the other number (sales) and they pick up and explained the situation. He said that part number matches what you ordered. I agreed but you sent the wrong part, not even close. He reordered the correct part, gave me a return code to send the wipers back. In short I had to pay for return shipping, restock fee (why? it was their ineptness), no credit on my original shipping costs and I did get my money back but it was less than half what I paid for. I never did get the correct wipers from the sales guy.

      Zero stars. I dont recommend. I ordered parts with expedited shipping, expecting to receive them in 2-5 working days. After the 7th day and no update, countless waiting on hold, and trying to get any sort of resolution, I asked to cancel the order and got the complete runaround. I am now sending in a dispute via my credit card company in hopes of a refund for items I never received. ?? If you have a classic ** just go to ********, 2 days is 2 days with them.

      Absolute scam. Ordered an ac repair kit from.them and received the wrong compressor. But since I installed the condenser first, I can return the compressor. Only answer I can get is that it isn't company policy.
