      Worst business ever to deal with, order serpentine belt kit for 2013 ***** Silverado and they sent me an Automatic Transmission Lock Solenoid. I had to pay to ship part back and they would not refund me full amount. They charge me a restocking fee and tax on the new amount (not the full amount of the original tax) for them sending the wrong part and would not even entertain paying for the shipping of the wrong part. These people are horrible and it looks like that are committing tax fraud at the very least. @Parts Geek should be shut down or investigated for sure.

      I really don't understand how they are still in business. Seriously mystery bag is what they send. Almost never the right part and their customer service department is non existent.

      I'd leave a negative star review but that option is not available. I believe that they sell crappy parts. When I got the part it was packaged crappy. It came in the part box and it was wrapped in a black plastic bag resembling a garage bag and the package was delivered damaged. I only took it out of the box and set it next to the old part on the minimal plastic that it was wrapped in. And I have the photos to show it was not damaged. It was the wrong part and I instantly put in for a refund. I even went as far as to buy extra bubble wrap and placed it wrapped in the original box it came in and then placed it in a shipping box so that it would be extra protected in transport back to them. They are now telling me that the part was used and couldn't give a refund as the part was broken and that it is not there responsibility it's the shipping company fault that the part was damaged. I honestly believe they may have sent me a damaged part. And they are refusing to honor their refund policy. I believe that they may have very well have damage the part during the inspection process of the part that was returned. I can guarantee you that I will never buy another thing from them ever again and I will not ever recommend them to anyone as they are beyond unprofessional and they are a rip off company. I will pay the extra money and buy from a reputable auto parts company that will honor their policies and procedures. And I will also be informing all my mechanic friends and family to never buy a thing from them. And I urge anyone who is thinking of ordering anything from them not to for they are not an honest company. And DO NOT follow their policies. DO NOT BUY from them.

      they do not honor their return policy for faulty/damaged parts, instead cite a 7 day period that they must be returned within after delivery but make you wait for a email response jumping through hoops until the 7 days passes. small claims lawsuit will be filed within the next week. do not recommend parts geek! horrible

      I ordered a transmission gasket and a filter they sent me a filter I paid for it they told me they would not give me my money back I would have to send it all the way back to them for them to send me a part that I already bought they would not give me a supervisor and said they would give me a call back that's leaving me with a stuck car at this moment they was very very very unprofessional and not acclimated I am being robbed without a gun and this is not acceptable

      PartsGeek delivered an incorrect part to me that was not even close to resembling the one that I ordered online. I read their online return policy and returned the incorrect part per their return process. Unfortunately, I paid for the shipment of the incorrect part back to expedite the exchange for the correct one. I did receive a refund for the incorrect part (hence the 1 star), but they refused to reimburse me for the shipping cost of sending the incorrect part back to them. Their position was that I did not reach out specifically to one of their agents to secure a shipping label to send it back. Their online return instructions did not mention the need to reach out to one of their agents, the entire return process appeared to be automated. I had an online chat with one of their representatives and his supervisor about reimbursement of my out of pocket expense but had no success. Hope others don't make this mistake....

      Ask for vin#them. make Year And still send you the wrong part.Then they make you tell them what part you need and if you cant they won't except return. But they say they're experts. Also there is restocking.Horrible reviews, wish I'd checked prior to ordering from them.

      This company shouldn't even get one star. This company is a bunch of thieves. I ordered parts and got sent the wrong part. so, they told me to reorder, which I did, and I got sent damaged parts. And while trying for multiple days to receive shipping labels to return these parts I get a couple days past and then they tell me they won't except anything past 30 days. So, now I am stuck with $660 worth of parts I can't use. On top of this to get ahold of these people you have to go through about 10 prompts and on hold for a hour before someone will answer. Then if you try the call back and if it works you don't get call back. Then you talk with a supervisor, and you can tell they don't care about anything or customer service. I will never use this company again and will make sure I spread this story.

      Ordered 2 headlight plugs for my 05 **** Mustang and only received one yet I was charged for both. They refuse to refund me or send me my other part.

      Worst experience ever!!! I do not recommend Bought a set of steering knuckle for a 2013 ***** accord I received just the passenger side I called right away to let them know what I received since I was in desperate need of the parts. Waited ****************************************************************** that I have to fill it out online Explaining the situation to let them know and I sent pictures of labels and boxe also the only part that I received after waiting for a few days the response was to send them back the part but if I installed it can return it and all I was asking for was the part I was missing it is a scam stay away from part geek
