      Worst scamming company i have ever encountered they took my money sent my parts to a friend of theres and thought I wasnt gonna have enough presence on social media to post the house and get to the bottom of it I called and called they dont answer the phone from the beginning of the morning they have that automated system saying they have extremely high call volume so they dont have to give you any customer service information or help if they were in my city i wouldve drove there personally with the police

      We purchased a full front and back break pad and rotor kit the total cost was $280. When you look any parts up on their website it ONLY asks for Year of Vehicle: Make: Model: thats what I put in to search for my parts, it said it would fit my vehicle type. When you put breaks on any vehicle you start in the back, everything fit and was fine. Then we went to the front tires and the rotors were too big. I called to see if we could return just the rotors? We were told, no because we didnt purchase the correct rotors needed for our *** number. If you think about it everything else fit just fine, what are the chances that they just sent us the wrong rotors? How am I supposed to know that the correct rotors are when it doesnt ask about any *** numbers!! Then we were told since we already installed the other parts nothing can be returned. But honestly how are we supposed to know if the front rotors are going to be too big if the front tires were still on? Again their website said it would fit my vehicle type before I purchased this break kit. They refused partial refund, exchange, store credit, anything they just kept coming back to the *** Number. Absolutely ridiculous!!!

      Purchase two control arms. They only sent me one called customer service. Waiting over a week and a half for them to figure it out bad service over all. Had to dispute charges to get it resolved. Should paid the lil extra and got it from amazon or local parts store. Everyone stay away from this company. Their customer service is c***

      2 drums arrived broken pieces insude the box no refund, no help worst online autoparts store be aware they will scam you sooner or later then...show you the finger when you buy something expensive like me 600 bucks.

      I ordered a tailgate opening handle and a back up camera from parts geek both were reasonably priced, and I got them in a short period of time. I kept the handle because it would work fine for my truck. I opened the back up camera and it was the wrong plug so I packed it up, put it in the box. had to go through getting an RMA number and all that, and paid to ship it back. Upon receiving Parts Geek wouldnt refund the money they said it was used. There was no way I could use the part it didnt fit the plug! I even ordered another part from them that would fit. They have all the receipts so they know that I could not use the part, they still refused to refund my money. I would not do business with this company again because if you get the wrong part, youre gonna pay for it whether it works or not.

      We ordered a passenger side mirror from this place. Received the part and realized that it was the wrong one ordered. So we pay $40 to ship return this mirror to refund and order a different one, this company says no refund because we installed the black cover on the mirror. Ok I somewhat get that because we installed the black cover, then this company says we dont get the mirror back either now it is scrap. So not only are we out the price of the mirror, the $40 to return ship, now we dont even get the product that is ours. So roughly out of $275 and have nothing to show for it. Have tried calling customer support have never been able to talk to a person, on hold forever. Not cool will never deal again with these guy. Sorry for the long review

      Partsgeek scammers is the worst place you could buy a part from. DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THEM. Parts are c*** and they inaccurately describe on their website. I ordered mirrors for my RAM and the website stated they were power folding mirrors.... i recieved the mirrors and mounted one mirror and tested it.... it was not a power folding mirror. This scamming company first said i could rerurn them but expected me to pay the shipping and a restock fee for their inaccurate description mistake. Then they wanted a vin# to verify fitment. I explained they fit fine but its the missing function of the mirror that is the problem. Now they wont do a return because i mounted the part ..... the only way to find out that the mirror did not have the power folding function. Avoid this scamming company and their incompetent people.

      Bought a set of complete struts damages when I received them. Returned the same day by ********* was told I have to pay for the return, I did $80 buck only to be told by PARTS GEEK one nut was missing out of the damaged box therefore they will not give me a refund. Contacted my credit card company and file a fraud charge against them. Also got my attorney involved. I will never purchase anything from them again.

      On May 23, 2025 I was told by a representative I would receive a full refund, again on May 27, 2025 I was told by a supervisor I would receive a full refund and as of May 29, 2025 no refund. I will never do business with this company again, such a scam and ripe off. I have called 5 - 6 times and every time I am on hold for no less than 30 mins, one time I was on hold for a hour. Poor customer service and this company must be based in another country.
