      Don't trust their Chat Recommendations AND Beware of their Return Policy.I bought the brake pads recommended by their online Chat person, after explaining the car did not have manual parking brake. After installing the front brakes, I began the rear brakes and realized what they sold me were the wrong ones. They refused to accept the return or issue any credit, even though the error was in their recommendation and the description did not say anything regarding manual/electronic parking brake.Understand, they are simply a middleman and don't stand behind their actions.I've bought from them several times and if there are no issues, the price is cheaper than many but if you have an issue, good luck getting their help. I'm going back to buying from the Local Store where they stand behind their sales.

      Shipped damaged part, showed proof that they sent it that way , still had to pay return shipping and jump hoops never got refund terrible company

      Great parts and never have to returns parts for any reasons. They always do fit and work just like that original parts . I wish thier prices could be cheaper on certain high earn parts. But still they always still but every on price fairness.

      May 24, 2025 To who it may concern at Parts Geek,After finally getting my return authorization for the defective (wrong) part you sent me (1 of 4), I went this morning to the local *** store to return this defective ******* my surprise and dismay, I was told that I had to pay $35.00 to return the wrong part you sent me (complete strut)!Needless to say, I thought surely as a reputable parts supplier, that you would be paying for the return of this wrong part that you sent me!So now I was going have to pay to return a part I bought in good faith and fully expected would be an "exact fit" and was your mistake, not mine.I still shake my head in disbelief at the ordeal this has been for ***** I guess I was supposed to doubt the integrity of my purchase and somehow verify the parts you sold me were correct BEFORE I tried to install them, which is the only way to even remotely verify they were correct.The fault lies clearly with the product you sent me and my only fault was believing you would stand behind the products you sell.None of this even comes close to accounting for the aggravation and time I have spent trying to get this car back on the road.I 'm a ************************************************************************************************************************This debacle has been an eye opening experience that has convinced me to buy parts locally, even if it's a little more expensive, as they will take back wrong parts they ******** have lost my potential future business, which may mean very little to you, but you will also have to contend with whoever may see this and decide to look elsewhere for their car part needs I am also going to send a copy of this to the corporate headquarters of ***************** to, at a very minimum, make them aware of the type of company that's selling their product, and hopefully get them involved in this debacle.

      I ordered the incorrect vehicle brake part(s). Parts were not installed, I understood the 15% restocking fee. I repackaged the brake pads set and rotors in the individual original manufacturing packaging. And in the original single big box. I shipped them back, per their request using a reputable shipping carrier. The same that delivered to me. I believe that the individual packages were damaged in the return back to parts geek. The pictures they provided are, one of the four brake pads has a scuff **** on the corner. And two of the four returned rotors, the exterior clear plastic bags has grease streaks on them. They said a refund could not be made, and if I did not provide a return shipping label. They would dispose of the items due to limited warehouse storage space. I myself could not provide pictures, nor could they provide more pictures of the main box that i shipped for return. And if it was damaged. I also mentioned that non of the provided pictures, have part numbers. I asked how can the few pictures they provided thats what I sent back. I politely asked, do I think they are not just going to replace the plastic bags and wipe/gently buff out the scuff **** and put them back on the shelf. I spent $93.94 on a *****lbs package back. Why would I spend another $93.94 on parts that wont fit/work for a return to me. I am providing the **************** ticket ***********.

      Do not order from this company, if you have any error want to cancel you literally have one hour. the customer service representatives are rude and uncaring especially a gentleman named ****** that extension 3014. They also charge an inflated restocking fee and make you pay your own return shipping

      Have ordered parts here for years last time i ordered calipers was going to return for my core charge and the shipping was equal to the core charge. This time i ordered a ac compressor that the bolt hole is off so it wont mount and the run around on returning it is rediculous. I guess that find it so hard to believe that there manufacturer in ***** made a mistake which is costing me 327 dollars. This mistake i will never make again im done with this company its not worth my losses 60 on a core charge and 327 on a compressor .
