      Have ordered parts here for years last time i ordered calipers was going to return for my core charge and the shipping was equal to the core charge. This time i ordered a ac compressor that the bolt hole is off so it wont mount and the run around on returning it is rediculous. I guess that find it so hard to believe that there manufacturer in ***** made a mistake which is costing me 327 dollars. This mistake i will never make again im done with this company its not worth my losses 60 on a core charge and 327 on a compressor .

      Writing this review was the only thing I could do to get some satisfaction. I will no longer use Partsgeek. I thought I would try them again after having a bad experience about a year or so ago. I ordered a set of head bolts for a motor I was working on along with around $1000 worth of other parts. When I opened the head bolt package I found only half of the bolts I was to receive. I double checked my order to see if I had made the mistake and only ordered enough to do one head but no it stated and pictured enough to do both heads as I thought. When opening a return ticket stating I only received half my order the return was authorized but with a disclaimer that if the entire order was not returned I would not get credit besides having to ship at my own expense. I would have been a fool to send them my half order so I kept them and purchased the rest from my local parts store. My most recent purchase was for a 96 mustang gt I figured I might give them another try out of price and convenience. Ordered several parts for the car. Spark plugs they sent me were nothing like my stock plugs. I looked back at my order and saw where it stated it was for 96 gt 4.6. I got in touch with them through chat and they were only letting me return plugs if I stated my reason being bought by mistake. I did some research and found the plugs they sent me were for next *** 4.6 I believe *****. I contacted them again and they said to email them pictures of the item a picture of my stock plug and my vin. I sent them everything and got a reply that said my ticket has been updated and expect my new instructions in a couple of days. They sent me nothing and I'm tired of jumping through their hoops for $35. Partsgeek has their return policy in favor of themselves in every way. I wonder if anyone has ever received a refund. Their parts are average and they charge for shipping so your really not saving that much and if they make a mistake it's on you.

      Company is a scam, they are a dropshipper that takes no responsibility for the items that are sent. Received an alternator that was unknown to me previously damaged, and once i realized i didn't need the item returned it only to have the return rejected due to damage. Now they leave the customer holding the bag and expect me to pay to have them send a damaged item back to me. This is a crappy way to treat customers, will definitely not do business with them again

      i ordered a cv axle for my ***** and they sent me the wrong side. i checked my order, they just sent the wrong part. i tried to use their phone and their website to get them to let me return the part, but the website doesnt work, it gives you an error after you complete the legnthy return process, and ***** answers the phone... it just says due to high call volumes you have to wait on hold... but they never pick up. so now its been 30 days and im stuck with a part i dont need and no refund. never order from here.

      I shop here for greatly reduced prices as I repair my car and those of others. I bought a "set" of oxygen sensors for a 2003 ****** Camry; they came as a kit. Here's the issue: The car has 3 sensors (i.e., one was missing) and of the (2) in the kit, only one fit the car. The second oxygen sensor has an an entirely different plug and will not fit this car. I discovered this after having installed the sensor in the engine bay (fit). So, I sent back the totally unused sensor with an explanation of innaccurate information and the expectation of a partial credit. They denied me, twice, stating their "policy". My person policy is buy from an accurate site with a great return policy.

      Ordered Window Door Seals for my 08 ***** Accord and the box arrived damaged while I was at work. I found all 4 seals were damaged and unusual in the box. I went through Parts Geeks return process within 24 hrs of receiving the parts and even attached pictures of the damaged parts. They sent me an email that the warehouse would process the request. After about 5 minutes I received another email that gave me return instructions to ship the damaged parts back to them with the *** number on the shipping label and insert the tracking number into their system. Nowhere in their return process did they offer me a chance to receive a shipping label nor tell me that I needed to get on their online chat and ask for one. When I got on their online chat to ask if I would be reimbursed when the parts where received at their warehouse, ********* told me I would not. When I asked her where it shows in their policy or during the return process to ask for a shipping label, she said that it isnt! She said that it is sensed the customer should ask for it. I have never ordered any parts online anywhere else where they did not send you a shipping label as soon as the return was approved. This company does not care about its customers and I will not order from them again. Very disappointed in their customer service making it seem like it is my fault for following their instructions to return the parts and then telling me it is not their policy, which is listed nowhere on their site, that a customer has to ask for a return label!

      ORDERED THREE PARTS. RECEIVED TWO. WERE NO HELP GETTING PROBLEM CORRECTED.ENDED UP PAYING FOR PARTS THAT WERE NEVER SHIPPED. COULD TELL BY THE WEIGHT AND DIMENSIONS ON THE ***** SHIPMENT DETAILS. TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE.

      I cannot even give this company 1 star! I had the worst experience when I ordered a part on May 6. Tried for 9 days to get the part shipped. We needed it asap. Called several times only to be told it was in the warehouse. Finally on day 9 of waiting for some communication I called to cancel the order. "Miraculously" I was told my order was being shipped. I told them repeatedly during that phone call that I wanted to cancel the order and get a refund. Was told I couldn't get it because the part shipped. I told them that was funny because i didn't receive an email notification that it shipped. When I asked for a number to the warehouse they claimed they did not have it. Now I am receiving a part I no longer need and will have to deal with returning it. I just want a refund! I will no longer deal with this company and suggest to stay clear of this company! It is the most unprofessional company I ever dealt with!

      Wish I could give zero stars. Ordered an alternator for my truck was sent the wrong one. Not the same part that I ordered. I tried to prove this and the customer service agent said the warehouse would most likely pay for the return shipping only for them to deny. I sent it back and paid out of pocket and they refused the package and sent it back to me. After that they closed my open return case and basically told me of f-off. Horrible horrible website! It wasnt my fault to begin with, and I included all the details they required. They sent the part to me in a mail bag not a box, so I had to use my own box (which they told me to do). I cant imagine why they refused the package besides being scammers and crooks. Now Im stuck with an alternator that doesnt fit. Thanks a lot parts geek!
