I've had no problems with Parts Geek and the products they sell. I believe I haven't had to return any products. They are always friendly if I have to call with any questions. My parts always arrive on time and in good condition. I'm not a mechanic but I prefer to work on my own vehicles when possible. As a matter of fact I have a list of parts to order for upkeep on our three vehicles. I recommend them to everyone!

HORRIBLE SERVICE. HORRIBLE BUSINESS MODEL.
They sent us the wrong struts. Our professional mechanic tried to install the strut from Parts Geek. Turns out thye sent us the wrong parts. Our mechanic even gave us the right Bilstein Part Numbers. Now we are out of $325.00 labor charges because the mechanic charged us for the labor to re-install the old part.
PARTSGEEK will take their part back but WILL NOT take responsibility for sending us the wrong parts which caused us to lose time and money! Poor business model. Some customer service people there struggle with simple English.

As stated on our website, My part is wrong, do you pay for damages?
We do not cover any expenses that occur as a result of the installation of an incorrect product. This includes, but is not limited to, rental car coverage, towing costs, labor, and storage fees.
A return request was processed for the incorrect parts and have since been refunded.

They have more selection of parts than the auto parts stores around here. My last order was for ignition coils (direct), the cheapest at the store was right around $28 each. I got a set of 6 for $42+shipping $54 in total. This is a no brainer! Who doesnt like parts geek? Oh, and most parts are at your door in 3 days. MOST. I ordered a brake kit for a 2015 Cadillac but what showed was nothing of the sort. I contacted them only to be told I was responsible for the return shipping which was 80% of the material cost.
I would think since they shipped the incorrect parts the return should have been their responsibility but they sure as heck don’t take responsibility.
