      So I ordered a clutch master cylinder like it was on the picture on the website and they send me just a clutch master cylinder with no hoses reservoir tank I paid $181.03 for just a clutch master cylinder and I will not get this thing I will do my very best to send it back to them I called Parts Geek they told me that they have their hands clear and free because it was an **** part and **** is saying that I need to go ahead and contact Parts Geek they got me doing the runaround ******** I will never ever ever again order from Parts Geek nor ****

      Parts Geek sent me the wrong parts and then refused to sent me a full refund for the entire purchase once the items were returned and inspected. They also blamed me for the incorrect parts when I know the correct parts were ordered. Their customer service team is unprofessional and honestly I would recommend immediately pursuing a fraud claim with your bank if this happens to you. Avoid this company at all costs, there’s plenty others out there for you to shop from.

      I swear i ordered my tail light replacement and with and they said it would be a week before i got it. lol i had it with in 2 days these guys are amazing with shipping and the prices i honestly cant find cheaper with most things. i trust them nuff said.

      I Recieved The wrong part. For a 2002 Toyota Camry. I'm stuck with Because of a 30 Day Return policy. Not a very Accurate Part Description. Not sure if I will Return Again.

      We have a 30 day return policy. We must be contacted within 30 days of receipt for an RMA number. We will not accept any returns after 30 days, no exceptions. All returns including cores require an RMA number. You MUST fill out a support ticket on our website for an RMA number. DO NOT send back any parts without first obtaining an RMA number via e-mail, or else your credit will be delayed significantly.       They ship wrong parts and will not honor return shipping for their mistake. Supervisor's know no more info than sale people.
