they are terrible.
I ordered a part they said would fit, but it didn't and when I asked to return it, they told me it was 2 days past the 30 day limit. WTF! I still have this part that i have not use for and never installed it in my car, so what good is it to me?
I tried to dispute the charge with my credit card company, but they know how to get around that too. I am sure I am not the first one to buy the wrong part. Do not buy parts from these crooks.
they are terrible and do not do the right thing for the customer.

We have a 30 day return policy. We must be contacted within 30 days of receipt for an RMA number. We will not accept any returns after 30 days, no exceptions. All returns including cores require an RMA number. You MUST fill out a support ticket on our website for an RMA number. DO NOT send back any parts without first obtaining an RMA number via e-mail, or else your credit will be delayed significantly. 2 parts came together and I only got one Correct part.. I wanted to send it back however they said I could not. I sent them a message and then they decided they would take the part back but they couldn't promise me I would get my money back. I will never ever ever order from them again and neither will any of my friends.Parts Geek LLC

We apologize for you not receiving all parts out of the kit that you ordered, but unfortunately, as our website states, we are unable to accept returns on a partial part of a kit and and if you would like a full refund you would need to return all the parts received from the kit. Sent me the wrong part and since they said I had a tracking number and my part was delivered which it was not they would not refund it even though I sent them pictures of what they sent me. They will not refund my money. I will never buy from them again beware buyersParts Geek LLC

Hey I was freaked out when I ordered brakes and rotors. They sent right car just not the police model. I read there return policy and was afraid I would have to pay the return shipping. But the company stepped up sent me a label to return the item.
I did and got a credit right away. So in my thoughts they are a honest and fair company. I will use them for any auto parts they have the best price on.Parts Geek LLC

I ordered a parts through Parts Geek through **** and they did not ship all 4 parts only 3. I called them and the said I had to go through ****, **** told me I had to contact the seller. I asked them to send my missing part, about $50 - $75 part, not that expensive for them to replace, especially since they shippers the order and received payment. Neither **** nor Parts Geek would help me and I had to repay for the part from another online automotive part company. Parts Geek was unjustly enriched, and I, the consumer was left with an undriveable vehicle in your arts on my garage floor, because parts geek would not deliver what they were paid to do. I would stay away from both parts geek and **** if at all possible. They take your money and then blame each other, rather than provide customer service.Parts Geek LLC
