      I can’t say enough about how much I love petflow . They went above and beyond resolving an issue and it’s nice to have such good customer service. Thank you petflow for all that you do for me and my pets .

      Bought the wrong food. It was completely my fault, but the very kind folks in PetFlow CS credited my account when I requested a return and even let me donate the wrong food to a shelter! Amazing customer service and MORE-THAN-FAIR return policy!!!

      Today at Petflow customer service specialists "Mallory & Ryan" both helped process a special cat food order for our fur baby Jennifer,we were running very low on her food and Mallory & Ryan expedited her order fast Appreciate both of there efforts,there great at what they bring to the Petflow company!!!??????

      Costumer service was fast and super reliable! They were so quick to take care of things and make sure everything was in order. Went above and beyond for me when I was having a payment error. Mallory was the best!

      I have used PetFlow for approximately 15 years. The staff are absolutely fantastic and always go above and beyond to help with any questions, issues or concerns. My orders always arrive within a couple of days after ordering and my auto delivery order always ships out promptly. You can definitely tell that everyone who works with PetFlow are animal lovers. I’ve tried other delivery services but none of them can compare with the services I get from PetFlow. Plus, they have comparable prices or even better prices than other retailers. I can never say enough positive things about the company and highly recommend them to everyone I know who has a pet or is looking to get one.

      This company is beyond awful, I have an email from them that I would love to add here, they have extremely poor customer service, they make constant mistakes and always deliveries are delayed or back ordered after you order.
      Also they will not apply the $10 credit when people use your link.
      You have to bend over backwards to get that $10.
      After making a complaint on getting the wrong food delivered to me and after the credit not being applied and after numerous orders being cancelled on me, for being out of stock or delayed and many discounts taken away when their products were not in stock after ordering and half the order would come plus discount would be taken away, they wrote me an email, letting me know because they cannot provide good customer service or any deliveries in time they are banning g me and will not allow me to order, not replace any damaged or missing orders or make any refunds, and funny thing is, it’s after I finally got one of my $10 credits and had to fight for it, at the end I can’t even use it. The worst company I have ever faced! I would recommend not supporting a company like this.

      I'm very sorry for the trouble here. I'd like to address everything sequentially to make sure you have the most information possible for your account and status. We're doing everything we can to improve our experience with delays and back ordered products. Our current rate is about half of the standard but we're always looking to improve. As for referral credits, the user must go through your link, create an account (not already have an account) and place an order without using a coupon. If they already have an account or remove your referral using a coupon, the credit will not go through. We have a full explanation of the process on our refer-a-friend page. Please note, if the order gets cancelled, refunded, reported lost/stolen or replaced, this credit will not apply as well. We can look over individual issues if you email us their email to help @ petflow.com ATTN management. Looking through your account, it does appear you had your appropriate discounts and those did take effect on the account, I did double check the charges as well at this time. If you had a specific coupon please let us know. Sometimes we are bound by stock availability on flash sales for products that may not be coming back into stock. As for orders/damages/missing/refunds, there's many factors that play into our ability to get your products to you in a manner thats consistent with quality customer service. Due to this being a public forum, please reach out to the email above and we can discuss further. Again, I'm sorry this wasn't the best experience for you and if you would like to reach out we can discuss.

      I made it clear I did it all properly! All these clients of mine never even heard of petflow! They used my link and even showed me, and got their $10 off and told me! You even manually only corrected one of them, but right after adding the $10 took it away, you disabled my account cause you made too many mistakes, I have never heard of a company blocking me from using their site cause they messed up on too many times, instead the make it up to me by giving me gift cards etc, I made sure to all my clients not to any longer use the site and now promote chewy as they have been amazing and always make up for any mistakes no questions asked, customer service is EVERYTHING for a business, you can mess up but it’s the way you go about it after, you were the most horrible customer service I have come by.
      I ordered from you all the time and promoted your company to all my clients over 77k followers I was promoting your company.
      I made sure to contact and post a negative post to all my 77k follows, as no one should have to ever be treated the way I was treated by you. I cannot believe you think in anyway you are still in the right.
      If you aren’t ready to serve your customers and having too many issues, you don’t outcast just some customers, you shit down, take a loss and fix the issues before you reopen to all customers.
      You clearly don’t know how to run a business.

      I have been counting on Pet Flow to help me with feeding my beloved pets for almost 2 years now. They have always had the pet food that I have been looking for. They have also had the best prices. In addition, they deliver the food in a timely manner and in good condition with no broken or damaged cans. As well, their customer service is excellent! They have always replied in a timely manner and are so friendly and courteous. I am truly grateful for Pet Flow. I can count on them to be there for me when I need them!
