      I had an issue finding a specific invoice and reached out to customer service specifically James was who assisted me. He was fantastic! Dug deeper into the situation and found the solution! Totally awesome Customer Service!! His email communications were so nice and professional even though I was the dumb azz! I recommend Pet Flow to everyone and not just for treats. I love having Zoey's prescription dog food on auto ship. Living in ND I know she will always have her food even during the bad winter weather we have. As long as we have a 4-legged family member in this house we will always use Pet Flow because it's reliable and so is the Customer Service! Thank you again James for all of your help! You deserve a raise!

      I want to give out a huge shout to the excellent professional customer service reps at PetFlow that helped to assist in my order of Prescription cat food for our "Jennifer",it was a little confusing to me what happened but Brittany & Ryan smoothed it all out and we have our ordered arriving soon.They are all top ***** reps and we appreciate there help today 10-16-2023.Holly & Steve Caròn & Jennifer...????????

      I contacted customer service because there was a problem in my last auto-ship. The representative I talked to was extremely helpful, her name is Brittaney. She mentioned something about herself being new. But WOW! She knew more than anyone I ever talked to. She figured out the problem and resolved the issue. I was so impressed with her. That's why I decided to write a review. I have been buying from PetFlow for over 2 years. Overall I'm happy with them.

      I love Chewy. I decided to give PetFlow a chance and they continuously disappointed. How many times can a company screw up. PetFlow can and will each opportunity you give them.
      *Did not meet shipping time frame promised on website
      *Did not meet alternative ship time promised by four separate customer service reps
      *Returned order without my approval
      *Sent me a complimentary order for all my trouble and then re-routed it and sent it back to PetFlow even tho it was promised to my cat.
      What a disaster of a company. Disorganized. Inept. Incompetent.
      Chewy does is right. PetFlow does not have a clue how to treat customers.
      The worst of it is that my cat has been waiting for his food for three weeks. He would starve if I depended on this company.

      Aside from customer service being warm, friendly and quick to respond and help, I love the auto ship, and the quality of food, Fromm, which, as far as I know, has never had a recall, and my dogs thrive on it. So I won't use any other brand now, seeing so many recalls on other brands. I am a senior in a VERY rural town with no feed stores or any place to get quality dog food, and I cannot make the 75 mile drive to a town that has quality brands. With auto ship, I don't have to worry about running out, and it is delivered right to my door, always on time, with reminders a week ahead, so I can add or change items, or the dates of delivery. I also like the fact that they give a portion to help dogs in need. And I can tell they really love animals. Thanks, Pet Flow, for a wonderful service and products, and such great customer service. The main reason I love Pet Flow...my dogs (my only kids) are happy and healthy!!!
