Horrible customer service by ****. My mom died 7/10. I have sending everything requested but each time **** adds something else. And he really does not care that hes omitted informationor wasting time by having repeated calls. I suppose its hus form of job security. Its been 1 1/2 months since my mom past and I am currently paying all her house expenses. None of which I would have had to do if **** could give all of the correct information on one call. If you have an account with these people and intend to leave it to anyone, move it now.

This company is a fraud. Recently received an auto loan in which they took the first 4 payments and deposited them into a different account then dinged my credit report for a 90 days past due payment even though they received all the payments. When I called I had amiserable time even getting through on their horrid answering service and then when I finally did I was met with well it's your fault. After threatening them with a lawyer they relented and said they'd fix the account but refused to fix my credit score. That's your problem was their quote for their scam. Seems they give you a loan then do everything they can to ruin you for getting it.

Absolutely the worst service I have experienced with a financial institution and I have been a member for over *********************************************************************** depositing a check through the **** I was told they needed a 3rd party statement and that they had mailed a certified copy of the check back to me and I should receive it in 2 to 3 days as I am located in ********. No communication from them until I contacted them on 7/16 to try and find out why I had not received this certified copy of the check in the mail yet. I was told today that they held it for a week and sent it out today...meanwhile, my vehicle is waiting to be picked up at the garage, while I continue to pay for a rental. The gentlemen * Clay * on the other end didnt understand why I was so frustrated as he continued to talk over me and told me I should be nicer. All of this after I was on hold for over ***************************************************************************************************************************************** the document that I was told was sent last Monday.

3 1/2 years waiting for PSECU to release my dad's account after he passed away. They repeatedly state something different when I call or ask for forms they've already told me are completed. A lawsuit is pending as they have a Court Order and still won't release it because of "it's our policy," which, by the way, means nothing when there is a Court Order. Every answer has been a lie. Ill go ahead and respond to myself :For confidentiality reasons, we didnt contact you because we ran out of lies

I never had an issue with PSECU and have been a member since college (over 10 years now). In the past, the customer service was great except for the most recent occurrence. I decided to utilize the "lock" feature on a card as I am told: Heres When you Should use Card Lock If you've temporarily misplaced your card and are unable to find it, lock the card to prevent further purchases until you find it. Your card will be blocked from new authorizations until you choose to unlock it, so if you stop looking for the card, report it as Lost/Stolen and we will reissue you a new card.Long story short, my husband misplaced his wallet and was in a shady area during travel so the card was locked for safety. The lock didn't work and allowed a new transaction. When disputing this as the lock should have prevented new transactions, it was rejected because verified activity was made days later....yeah duh it was MISPLACED and the feature is meant TEMPORARILY suspend as opposed to a full lost/Stolen debacle. Don't trust them to actually lock the card correctly or trust them to take accountability for NEW transactions passing through after getting a "confirmstion". No it wasn't pending or q reoccurring bill.

It has now been a month and I'm still waiting on resolution. In the several conversations had, it boils down to time zone of transaction versus when the card was locked and in all time zone conversions, the card would have been locked.

Beware of this place. It is a scam. They will say you are approved for a loan and give you a loan amount, then they will change the loan amount after you go to the deal and get the cat you got the loan for. I would not recommend this place to anyone. Unless you want to get ripped off. Their supervisors don't even call when they are supposed to. DO NOT GET A LOAN HERE. THEY WILL SCAM YOU. THEN DISMISS YOU ON THE ***** WHEN YOU HAVE SOMETHING TO SAY ABOUT IT.

I have had consistent customer service issues with ********************** for the last 4 years. This used to be my favorite institution to bank with. My most recent issue and reason for the complaint is I contacted PSECU on Tuesday 4/16 to report a card lost and request a replacement card. The card was placed on hold and I was told/confirmed 3x it would be at my place of residence within 5-7 business days.I called the following Friday 4/26 as the card was not yet received, nor was i provided any shipping confirmation, tracking info, or follow up from PSECU that my card was in route.I was told there was no record the card had ever been ordered, just that I did call and speak with member and card service on 4/16. This has been my customer service experience with ********************** repeatedly over the last 4 years. When I call then call back there is either no record of prior call or promised actions were not executed or followed up on and I am met with a tone and aggression on the other end when I cite the promises that were maid or claim I was misled.PSECU has also had significant issues with their ATM service after recently switching off STAR by their own admission to me on calls when I was unable to remove or deposit funds at multiple other federal credit unions while using a PSECU ATM card.As a courtesy for the misunderstanding PSECU said they would over night/rush order a card to me free of charge and repeatedly told me it would ship out and be in my hand by end of day Monday 4/29 It is now Monday 4/29 and per the tracking info provided (only when I called back yet again and insisted on it) the label for the card was just requested/created at 8:38am EST today, and the PSECU is now saying they make and made no such promises as their cards are handled by a 3rd party and they cannot control ***** shipping, though it appears the label was just created today not Friday as indicated.PSECU has insisted their is nothing they can do or will do to make up for the inconvenience.

Don't expect to use your money if you leave Pennsylvania once you deposit it with psecu. Even if you notify psecu of your travels, your cards will be blocked becsiee they forgot to change a setting. I've watches this organization devolve over 30 years from an efficient cutomer service oriented credit union to an unwieldy bureaucracy where it takes 5 minutes to get to someone on the phone because of an inefficient voice mail menu and a place that treats all clients like they only live and spend money in **.

Absolutely horrendous customer service. Have reached out multiple times for an issue and received no response. They also cheated me out of the last $100 of the $300 bonus offer which I was supposed to get. Never ever use this bank.
