    I have had my van overheat and not be able to run and my rear air conditioning go out. I have the platinum policy and I was told that it covered nearly everything. they refused to pay even a penny. I am so frustrated, this policy has not been worth it . they also take forever to get back to the shop so my van has been without air conditioning or heat for my children for over a week now.

    Happy with the customer service from them. They did right by me and got my vehicle back on the road quickly. Not a single issue with filing the claim and getting covered for the repair that was needed at the time. I am happy with the service from them and will continue to recommend them.

    They deserve ZERO stars. I picked up a plan in June 2023 & paid in 3 quick installments. Repair work was done to my vehicle in August 2023 and it's been HELL with this company ever since. Although, I paid for the Premium plan, they didn't pay anything towards any repairs, but gave a one time $100 courtesy credit (after I called and appealed their initial decision, smh). Soon after (August 2023) I canceled and requested a refund. It is now October 2023 and I haven't received my check that was "mailed 9/6/2023." I've called multiple times and continue to get excuses regarding my refund check, HOWEVER, they continue to suggest I give them my (or someone's) PayPal information to receive the "refund immediately." One rep told tell me they recently stop sending checks and are moving to more "efficient" ways. I asked what does that have to do with my Sept 6 check; he suggested PayPal, I declined, he offered to refund back to the credit card used to pay, I declined (the card is already paid off). A called a different day, a different rep told me if the check wasn't received by 9/29 (9/25 was a holiday) to call back and they wld expedite (2 day) a different check. I called back 10/3, a different rep said that wasn't possible and they were "backlogged" & it wld take 3-5 days to reprocess and send out. I am requesting a FULL refund. The hassle, the stalling, and constant lies are ridiculous. This company is a scam and the 5 star reviews on their website have to be AI generated. I DO NOT recommend this company, DO NOT.

    Nice customer service and was very helpful with everything I needed yesterday. Happy with the warranty plan from Concord and think its worth the price. Would recommend them to anyone else that is looking for an affordable warranty company.

    Got the plan I wanted for a fair price. Customer service was easy to deal with and made my entire process very easy. I did speak to two other companies prior to Concord but the price was insane for one of them and the agent was pushy. The guy I spoke with from Concord was awesome the entire time. I will update the review when a repair is ever needed....

    Horrible customer service. They badger you to get a deal and when they get one you never hear from them again. Tried to get some service and when through the website and apparetnly it never went through. Was told easier to call them. Missed a payment and guess I was canceled never got any notification or anything. Horrible customer service.

    My transmission in my car went out august 2, 2023. It took them 3 weeks to approve it. They told the mechanic to put a junk yard transmission in my car. 2015 q70l Infiniti I called them and ask them if I took that transmission I wouldn’t have a warranty on it and if something happened in a month or so I would be out of luck. I paid for my warranty straight out so I don’t ole them anything. Today is august 24, 2023 car still haven’t been fixed and now they are talking about resubmitting claim. Enough is enough business shouldn’t be able to rip u off like this. Something needs to b me done about this company.

    I’ve had multiple repairs done in the past through a warranty I had purchased on my vehicle through the company although I have noticed since the start date of my warranty the customer service has become worse over the years. I had great experiences the first few times I required using my warranty although within the last year or two any service requested gets picked apart over the course of an entire week without them providing any information about their supposed covering of a rental car. I highly recommended concord to many people during my first year of having their warranty, although I would say now to keep your distance from this company due their unprofessionalism in dealing with their customers

    This company is a bad company. They have not covered anything that has gone wrong on my vehicle. I cannot get anyone to call me back regarding claims even though they keep telling me that someone will call back. I would never recommend this warranty company to anyone!! They were very good on accepting my money for my 5yr plans for both of my vehicles.

    This business created a 'contract' that provides denial possibilities where they can deny claims at will, especially when the claim is expensive. I'm a senior citizen on a low budget. I need food and rental assistance. I bought a policy because I wanted to manage major repairs. I heard 'lack of maintenance' when Carfax showed oil changes well within manufacture guidelines. I there were many proactive maintenance activities as shown on Carfax.They claimed 'auto condition that was in declination'. NOT TRUE! I met their requirements for service eligibility. They denied on 'lack of maintenance' when Carfax shows oil change well within manufacturer guidelines on my part and FROM the part of THE LAST TWO OWNERS! There was an oil pan gasket replacement where the repair order and mechanic indicated it was a 'very minor seepage'. They claimed 'cumulative decline' instead of breakdown where my long term mechanic called my failure to be a 'catastrophic failure', defined as a sudden event. They claimed lubrication failure causing breakdown when it was exactly the opposite.. there were at least four plausible causes. for the breakdown when they chose the easy, but wrong, cause. d the failure of lubrication. They claimed that because my mechanic put new oil in the crankcase after the gasket repair because it was a prudent thing to do even though the oil had been changed 1000 miles before that. To date I am very angry. I have contacted the Better Business Bureaus in my state and in the Philadelphia areas because they can arbitrate. I have contacted the Attorneys General of my state and the state of PA. I've contacted the FTC and the Justice Departments for potential fraud. I am ready to hire a lawyer, and to file small claims because the repair amount is a lower cost than their threshold. They will spend tens of thousands in their defense when they can pay for my repair for well less than that and have all this go away.
