      The worst company i've every dealt with. Terrible service. Completely incompetent. I've been trying to get a delivery for the last month. Every person that i talk to says something different. It is truly awful to work with this company. I'm looking for any alternative.

      Zero stars! DO NOT USE THEM! They're service was fine until early this year. I made a payment online like I always did from my bank account and it was flagged as insufficient funds...which it was not. I didn't realize it didn't go through and they charged a fee. The next month the same thing happened, but I caught it. I can now only pay through Paypal even though it comes from the same account. Then suddenly they stopped sending paper statements which I never agreed to. Suddenly I have a balance due because of the domino effect of the March payment debacle, and they refuse to deliver to me and they also will not work with me on a payment plan. All of this was caused by. change in their system and even though I sent extra payments to catch up they refuse to work with me. This company is terrible! Zero customer service. Zero concern for others. Bad communication.

      Having trouble getting gas set up with other companies due to financial problems. Amerigas was the only one that would work with me. Their rep. Dee Hutchison took every measure to get a tank with fuel to my home. She was very kind and professional. Now I can rest knowing me and my family will be warm this winter. Thank you!!!!! Debra L.

      horrible coustomer service
      deliveries are delayed beyond belief; they let me run completely out of gas!
      STAY AWAY FROM AMERIGAS
      changing my service to ANYONE else

      This company is a complete scam. I’m about to enter a legal battle with them because they’ve charged me thousands of dollars for propane that they never delivered. Then, after I cancelled my service, they began actually filling my tank - even though it was disconnected at this point - and then trying to charge my closed account. STEER CLEAR OF THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS.

      The worst customer service i have ever experienced. I submitted multiple emails to them starting on Aug 4, 2022 and it is now 2 months later and not even a response. The company that bought them out is UGI corporation. They closed all local offices 2 years ago so they no longer have to pay rent on them or salaries to the employers who worked there. So because if this you would think they would offer the lowest prices for propane than any other company but they charge $1 dollar more per gallon than another local company in Charlottesville. Close your account immediately with them. They are a complete ripoff.

      Made an appt. No one showed up for said appt. I am now using a different company, but it is sad you are not worth the time of day to these people when they waste your time for an appointment that they do not even bother to show up to.

      Absolute worst company to deal with. Fee for everything, even if it's not applicable. Finally moved, canceled service, and still invoiced for next year tank rental. I call and have to reopen my account to file a dispute...now I "owe" an additional $212 because they went out and locked the tank, which they opted not to pick up, because I had not paid the rental fee yet. On my third call to Amerigas, I finally got the rental fee removed, but now I have to wait for approval to remove the $212 which was a direct result of not paying the now removed, next year rental.
      Do yourself a favor and stay away.

      They never showed up but kept telling me they will come the next day. We told them we had no gas, could not use stove. Three days passed and still no one come.

      We asked them to come pick up their tank and then we get a back bill for tank rental for last year. First time we have seen the bill and it’s due in three days! They still haven’t picked up the tank, stay away from them
