Your company ***** and so does your website. I pay so much money for insurance for you all to make using it a living h*** It would be better to be uninsured than go through you.

CIGNA *****. If you select Cigna Prescription for your ******** supplement insurance , beware of the amount of prescriptions you have filled. Cigna dropped my coverage , claiming that the credit card tied to my account expired. My account was tied DIRECTLY TO BY BANK ACCOUNT with thousands of dollars in it. NEVER have I tied an insurance automatic premium payment to a credit card. Cigna couldn't name the card , and will not reinstate my insurance. As you may know , I now have to wait until the annual enrollment period to find a DIFFERENT carrier. Avoid these crooks at all costs , they lie.

Cigna provided little to no support for my wife and me during an incredibly difficult time in our lives. My wife went into labor unexpectedly while we were flying home from vacation, and tragically, we lost our baby. The medical bills were overwhelming, and despite being insured through Cigna, the experience was anything but supportive. We spent countless hours on the phone, only to receive conflicting information from different representatives. We had to constantly follow up, and most of our questions went unanswered. While some bills were covered, the majority were not, and were still waiting for an explanationalmost six months later. We've since switched to another insurance company, and the difference has been night and day. I strongly advise against choosing Cigna, no matter how "affordable" their plans may seem.

Their list of in-network providers are USUALLY incorrect and inaccurate. I have had this problem with CIGNA multiple times, where I ask for a list of in-network providers and the list I am given has totally inaccurate information, including wrong phone numbers, out-of-network doctors, or they do not provide the service I need. Definitely unprofessional and even unethical (as I'm paying for a service that they do not provide).

Cigna requires us to use Accredo Specialty pharmacy for biologics. I have now missed two doses for essential medication because Cigna keeps imposing impossible hoops and more and more burden on my doctors office. They are solely profit driven and impose their procedures rather than caring about patient outcomes. To be clear this is not an issue with their agents who have tried sincerely to help - it is beyond their control.

I have been so patient with this company and they have tried to consistently railroad me. I am a dependent on my dads insurance, and I was promised with both my pregnancies that I would be covered for maternity and labor costs. All of which was recorded. Prior to this current pregnancy I asked if I would be covered. They said yes. 100% office and 80% labor and delivery. I asked before my husbands open enrollment to see if I should join his insurance plan. Based off their promise of coverage I did not get secondary coverage through my husbands. Now that they are receiving claims, Im suddenly not eligible for coverage because Im a dependent. They have given me the run around and made me chance my tail. They have consistently LIED about coverage and refuse to honor their word. They are a deceitful, horrible insurance company. They gave me false information and based off that I am pregnant and now have no pregnancy coverage. I will be getting a lawyer involved in this mess because they have screwed me over for the last time. They can either fix this issue now or pay me a settlement because I am done playing nice.

I had a terrible experience with Cigna customer service trying to get a refund for a medication. I spoke to 5 different people and they were unable to solve a simple problem. I spent the whole day on the phone.

Cigna is TERRIBLE they give misinformation and throw you under the bus. I went to meet my new doctor last year when I was with Cigna. I called both Cigna and the doctor office to confirm Im with in network. When I get there I asked everyone I came in contact with if I was with in network, the office lady the doctor and the **** from Cigna confirmed. So the doctor tells me I need some shots. I asked if itd be covered and she reassured me. I pay the co pay for the visit and all that. Now a year later I have a debt collector calling talking about I owe 620$ because Cigna didnt cover anything.

Can I give negative stars? You call to ask if a doctor is in network. You get someone in ***** whose maybe 3rd or 4th language might be a little bit of English. They tell you either a) call the provider and ask them, b) call the provider and tell them to call to ask, or c) this is the information that is on our website that we never update. I can no longer see a gynecologist because every one listed on their website doesn't take Cigna. I just saw a gastroenterologist for dysphagia. The office visit is covered, but suddenly the same doctor isn't covered to do my upper gi scope? Same ************** I had a routine colonoscopy done with that was covered three months ago? I have Shit-gna through my work and I wish I could drop them and get something else. So expensive, covers nothing and seems like now no one is taking it. Beyond frustrated is an understatement. Good luck with their Foodsmart program. Had 1 visit and even though they heavily push it the dietician COULDN'T VERY COVERAGE OF THEIR VERY OWN PROGRAM!!! I didn't go back because I don't need another huge bill from them. My last set of labs cost me over $500 for a complete metabolic panel. My routine TSH? $300. Used to be around $35. Go elsewhere if you can!
