      Worst insurance company I have ever heard of, in any country on this planet. I am 100 percent going to die 20 years early due to the inability to receive care. They show all the providers in my area as having the same phone number, turns out they are not really in my area, they just don't have proper facts. They didn't pay for anything, nor sure how they even qualify as insurance. More like a grift company.

      for a simple pre auth request took me 4 days "and counting" transferred to medical, pharmacy, and behavioral back and forth and still no resolution.

      Terrible service. They let me pay for dental service for a whole year waiting for it to go into full coverage. The very month it was suppose to go into full coverage, they canceled my plan without even telling me why. I had to call them to find out. They claim they sent me a letter in the mail but I had received no letter from them stating such and all my communication with them have been via email. They then offer me a new plan that cost over 200% more than the original but oh, it does not cover if you have another insurance even though there was no issue with that on the first coverage. And the first coverage, which again was cheaper, was a better plan to begin with. I feel completely screwed over and that my money was stolen from me by these crooks.

      A day after making some medical imaging appointments through ***********, with Aetna insurance, I have been receiving multiple hang up calls. I identified the number as Evicore (one triple-eight seven eight five two four seven one) . They are sketchy, because they leave no message. Apparently they are a 'service' that offers other resources for medical imagery, so ***** has also shared private info. A quick ****** shows that Aetna and Cigna partner with Evicore.

      I have Cigna insurance and inquired on if they covered behavioral therapy- I was told by several rep * YES, it is covered 100%*. With that being said, I inquired on an in network therapist for my daughter and made the appointment for the next day. The day after the session, I was charged! I paid it because my daughter needed to make more appointments but I expected to be reimbursed my Cigna. When I contacted the therapist, they stated that Cigna stated that there was a $6500 deductible. I was blown away. I called again and was told it was covered at 100%. For 2 weeks, daily I contacted Cigna for them to tell me that coverage was 100% covered for the services. I reach back out to the provider- The provided reaches out to Cigna to verify and Cigna states the $6500 deductible was not met. Daily I am bouncing like a ping pong ball due to the contradiction of information. Needless to say by the 2 week ***** I was in tears and just frustrated. Feeling as if I failed as a mother and that Cigna failed me and my daughter as a provider. I would NOT recommend Cigna. The representatives are not consistent. The company is not trustworthy.

      Awful. With my patients and claims and demographics customer service They are abhorrently obscene. They have so many issues and contact numbers and ppl working in foreign countries who dont know squat.

      A *** **** me on CIGNA for getting TEETH. After paying several months, was told by A CIGNA *** my insurance was good for getting a Tooth not TEETH. I need total teeth implants, not a tooth pulled or ONE TOOTH IMPLANT..! No reimbursement for the hundreds I paid them. THEY'RE THE BEST RIPOFFS I'VE ENCOUNTERED IN YEARS..! Five stars for ripoff. Negative Five stars for service.

      Denied a EGD to have my stomach looked at because they want me to try pills instead. I've watched multiple family member die due to gastro issues and this feels like they are willing to ****** with my life. Horrible horrible company, choose literally any of the others.

      The insurance *****, the doctors are lying incompetent foreigners. I tried to get a stress test 4 times and was told that the Doctors don't do that! Lying mother fuckers!

      I have a lump in my leg and a history of cancer in my family. I went through all the necessary hoops to get an MRI to determine whether or not it could be cancerous. On the day of my MRI, I get a call saying it's been canceled because the insurer denied my claim due to not having the necessary information. Called them to see what questions they needed answers to and all the questions they asked had clear answers on the Ultrasound report, which they had. Having pointed this out to them, they said they needed to talk to our doctors office to confirm the answers, yet the only efforts they made to discuss with the doctor was calling the wrong number and leaving a message. I could not be more disappointed with their process. Even pointing out the obvious errors that all the answers they need were on the report that they had, they didn't make any effort to change their decision without a needless call from a doctors office that is busy caring for other patients. If I could give 0 starts, I would.
