      Absolutely the worst insurance I have ever had. It takes weeks to get any pre approvals for any test my doctors need. I have asked to see one of their doctors that keep denying my requests and am told they don't see any patients. I sure wish I could find a competent doctor that is up to Cigna standards unfortunately I do not believe they exist.

      Worst insurance company on the face of the earth. They refuse to refill medication every single month. I have to call every 30 days. Customer service is a joke as well. I had a woman hang up on me because she didn’t understand that my medication was due for refill and refused to believe me. Terrible customer service. I am writing this to hopefully save someone from this horrid insurance. They won’t pay for a thing unless you beg them to.

      Forced on CIGNA by a company buyout and this insurance is the absolute worst. I have a ruptured disk, two yr old injury, and had an MRI and two rounds of steroid shots already. Had a second MRI approved through BCBS and now its denied. Don't work for a company that has CIGNA insurance.

      This is the worst insurance company I have ever used. Information on the website is always wrong, whether it be the phone number, the specialties of the doctors offer or if they are accepting new patients. Offices that are in network with Cigna are 6+ months out on being able to establish care, and I can't get ahold of anyone. It is absolutely ridiculous that a company that is associated with the federal government can't offer decent customer service. It's even worse that they don't update important information on the portal, making it very difficult to do anything to keep themselves and their families healthy. I will never recommend or use Cigna ever again.

      The only option is to at least give one star. Or I’d give less. I’ve been on hold for almost 3 hours today. Since February a request has been sent and resent every 10 days for what is not only medically necessary but the only treatment available for my illness. Cigna has either ignored, entered the information incorrectly or just denied the treatment. The treatment is too costly to just go get without insurance assistance. Their employees seem helpful however they just repeat back what someone who refuses to speak to you tells them to say. I switched to Cigna because the generic insurance company I had seemed less than what I needed. Turns out Cigna is probably the worst group of humans on the planet. They would rather force me to have another (2 already) EMG, another spinal tap, more blood drawn, more MRI’s and CT scans to try and get a new diagnosis. I can’t believe we live in a country that allows its citizens to be ignored on hold for hours and then lied to. I don’t even know what to do. They aren’t even worth the time I’m taking to type this out. Hopefully one person reads this review and it saves them the time I’ve lost.

      No stars multiple associates and supervisors give you the runaround and false and misleading answers to your concerns, what a joke! Star is misleading I had to pick one.

      RUN WORSE INSURANCE!! I have issues with my doctors trying to get me tests and dexcom and medications that have to have prior authorizations ! It's been awful my dr was on vacation to fill out paperwork for my dexcom for them to deny a type 2 diabetic! Most of medications my dr tried giving me either prior authorizations or the insurance doesn't want to help cover for. Very disappointed my husband gets it through his employer that he pays over 700 a month for!!! Ridiculous I have other testing needed to be done and they denied my edg because of my Dr's notes. I have ibs, Gerd, hiatal hernia,diverticulosis and type 2 diabetes. What more do they need for me to get my testing done !! People with health issues depend on them and it could mess with people's lives !

      Cigna individual worst insurance. Sent me to primary care doctor but will not cover her referral. 1100.00 dollars later I'm still with no help from them or from Duly health with a painfull uti. That antibiotics did not help after 3 prescriptions.
