I have received a Palladian Health recredentialing application. The contact phone number on the application reaches a fax machine. The application has no instructions on how to return it. No address or fax number is provided.
It instructs me to fill out certain pages, but the pages are not numbered or labeled with agreement identifications.
I called Palladian and was told that I would receive a call back from Network Management by 5:30PM. 3 days later and no call back. I am a Cigna shareholder and find this all very upsetting!

Zero stars, or maybe -10 stars. This is the worst insurance company out there. Completely incompetent staff, antiquated platform, website is frequently down, they will just plain lie to you when you call to make sure a provider is in network. My Dr. ordered tests, denied. Prescribed one of my meds for 90 days, denied. My medication management doctor is with an in network practice, payment denied. That supposed $3,000 max out of pocket is a joke, I have spent thousands more this year. And did I mention all of the double billing? Billed by MDLive, then billed again by Cigna, for the same appointment. No way to get my money back, everyone blames someone else and I'm just out all of that money. Someone explain to me how this crooked company has not been shut down.

If you want insurance that is difficult to deal with and constantly denying your needed treatment this is the plan for you. My healthcare providers say the same thing. They eagerly look to deny claims rather than provide care. I am in need of hip replacement surgery but am no longer provided physical therapy because according to them I am “cured.”

Dental Policy was cancelled without notice, and having POA for my mother's affairs I was still not able to take steps to rectify the Dental Policy with CIGNA. Spent about 2+hours on the phone without resolution. Historically, the Dental Policy was cancelled without notice a little over a year ago (not sure why), but was able to reapply earlier this year. It happened again (second time), while waiting on the pre-approved benefit amounts for a dental procedure. Starting to think the company is prejudiced against elderly individuals, as they don't want to pay for the elderly's dental health.

      Cigna is HORRENDOUS!
They delayed my MRI and refused to approve it with the hospital that I chose to go simply because they felt like It. I have PPO plan that allows me to go anywhere for treatment (supposedly) but they don’t care. They wanted me to another state to get the MRI.

Cigna is THAT insurance company mental health professionals avoid like the plague. Providers have been straight with me on why they don’t take them.. they hardly pay providers anything.. lowest of all insurance companies. And they use a third party company to do it.
They send out newsletters about how important mental health is, yet they don’t want to pay anything.
My family had no choice.. had to take them through husband’s employer.
They’re terrible all around. Read Wendell Potter’s books about them. He is a NY Times best selling whistleblower/author, and advocate for healthcare reform. He was one of their executives who had the job of denying care for kids who were deaf, needed organ transplants to live. He got to the point where he couldn’t sleep at night, look his kids in the face and teach them right from wrong while working for that place.

      Absolute worst insurance company out…
Absolute worst insurance company out there. Denying legitimate, everyday claims, resetting deductibles in the last part of the year, complete fraud from these losers.
Always a different story every time you call, went to see my PCP, had blood work and X-rays done, got billed as four different doctor visits and they had me pay 80% in-network, deductible was met and lab work is supposed to be included under the copay, wasted hours fighting with people in India who appearemtly don’t even have access to Cigna’s data.
      Special place in ****!
Go duck yourselves Cigna, you can rot in ******* ****!!!!!!

Last year my doctor thought I may have had a life threatening condition and needed an MRI to verify. Cigna denied the MRI saying it was unnecessary. It took 3 additional weeks to get it approved.
My plan allows for 60 physical therapy appointments. Cigna starts trying to deny appointments as soon as 4 visits in. This year while I've only used about half of my appointments, Cigna has stopped covering my PT entirely...conveniently this starts exactly as I reached my out of pocket maximum.
Cigna is in it to syphon as much money out of their customers as they can before letting them die from all the denied treatment. They're the worst insurance provider I have ever had

Does not matter what your contract contains. They will fight to not cover the claim. I spent the summer fighting them over a well visit eye exam. It had been covered at 100% for years. After three months, they still have not paid the entire claim. They are the worst.
