Terrible customer service. Sold me on a phone and told me I would get a $500 credit. Disabled my phone on site so I couldnt get a print out from ******* since they deactivated it. Wasted over $600 trading in my new phone to get the model above it. I went in trying to switch my plan to my name as my husband passed away and they saw me as vulnerable and took advantage. I spent countless hours on the phone with them, went to the store multiple times with 3kids and waited they have done nothing to help with the $500 they owe me. Disgusting character and lack for human regard.

Dont ever do business with this company. They will hook you initially with a small rate which they will immediately jack up as soon as your contract is over if you try to switch to another company, they will hold your phone number until the porting order goes through and make you pay for service. You have to give them a 30 day notice of canceling. They are awful so hard to get rid of them. We ended up paying an extra month of service even when we didnt need it and asked to cancel the worst thieves all around.

Had xfinity for one year. Received bill which more than doubled service price. I cancelled xfinity service. Autodeduct billed credit card new amount. Filed formal complaint with credit card. Credit card says complaint is legit has credited amount back to my account. Cancelled service again, this time asked for and received confirmation number. Xfinity has sent me a statement saying service is terminated and they owe me a credit. SAME DAY, received text saying "new bill is ready", at four times the original amount. This company is untrustworthy. They have lost control of their billing price. I received cold calls offering service at original price. Also have email stating they will bill at original amount. All of this is untrue. Have spoken with four different agents. Each one has a different price/service offer. PLEASE, do not use this service. It is obvious they will lie and mislead to cheat you out of money.

I *attempted* to get new service with Xfinity when I moved to a new home.

THREE appointments were scheduled for a technician to connect service:
Appt #1: Never showed up. Closed the ticket.
Appt #2: Showed up, said he had to go find the box outside. Drove away and closed the ticket.
Appt #3: Never showed up. Closed the ticket.

Customer service blamed it on "Dispatch" but there was no way to talk to them. After getting to "level 3 customer support", the "back-end" said I COULD talk to "Dispatch". (curious, no?). I was connected to them. Dispatch technicians said leadership had GPS PROOF they showed up at my house. I have security camera proof they didn't. Uh oh. Dispatch stopped talking to me. They hung up.

THEN, I called to cancel it all -- I want nothing to do with Xfinity. Don't show up. Disconnect my account. You'd think I was done and in the clear. NOPE!

I receive a bill the next day, saying I owe $100.99. I called back to dispute the charge. Billing said there was nothing they could do. "Disconnection services" said there was nothing they could do.

This company is intentionally, willfully trying to thieve money from customers and NOT providing services. This is company with either an abundance of incompetence or intentional fraud. Either way, NO ONE should ever use their services.

I've been a customer since 2004 and don't request service calls or use their equipment but they insist on charging me more for less service than they are giving new customers who are locking in not just for 6 months or a year but for 5 YEARS! Its not a little amount, its a significant increase. Absolutely no negotiations or willingness to help a current customer.

Horrible company. Returned equipment for two apartments in Boynton beach Florida. Have receipts for returns from April 2,2025. Keep getting bills and a bill for unreturned equipment. Spent hours on phone sorting this . Pretty sure I was I. India texting Comcast and they kept switching g me from person to person who all said they would help. No resolution. Went in to Comcast office in Vernon hills Illinois. No resolution. Employee said call Comcast on phone which I have spent hours doing . One account is owed 49.62 to me. Employee in Vernon hills told me I will prove ably not receive it since I have equipment. I do not have retained equipment from Comcast. Other account says I owe 91.59 for equipment . I turned in equipment and terminated service on April 2 on April 8 I paid a bill for 55.00 on one . On April 18 I paid 111.10 to the other account .
There can be no way I owe more money. Comcast owes me at least the 49.62.
Find internet cable services elsewhere. This company is the worst for service and accounts follow up. The service people will say anything g and then do nothing to actually help you.

Comcast is billing me monthly for a phone I returned. Ive talked to them. Ive chatted with them. They continue to bill me. They assure me every time that they will resolve the issue but they do not. It is not easy to talk to a representative because its hard to get a hold of someone on the phone and when I chat with someone they eventually disconnect with me. They do not seem to care about their customers. On top of that they always try to sell me something.

We tried canceling our cell phone service AFTER our contract was up. We were told that after our phone numbers were transferred, our service would canceled. It was not. We were still being charged for a service we no longer had. We were able to get ahold of an actual person at Xfinity only twice after calling numerous times. Even after speaking with a representative who assured us that our service would be canceled, we were still being charged. We finally had to contact our bank to block any further payments from being taken out. Only after Xfinity could no longer take our money did they cancel our service.

Dont walk--run away from both comcast and xfinity. They are upselling services you dont sign up for. Lock you in predatory contracts and then despite 'understanding the situation' when you call them report you to debt collectors and tank your credit score. NEVER doing business with them again

Several weeks ago, I was informed that I owed a balance of $969. Naturally, I requested an invoice or breakdown of these charges to understand what I was being billed for. Shockingly, no one at Xfinity Mobile could provide any documentation to explain where this amount came from. Not once. No itemized invoice, no explanation just a vague statement that the amount was due.For over a month, I attempted to pay this balance, but every time I contacted customer service, I was told they could not locate my account in the system. This raised an obvious question: If I supposedly owed $969, how is it possible they couldnt even find my account? How are you billing someone whose account doesnt exist?During this time, I was also being charged late fees for non-payment even though I was actively trying to pay. I spoke to multiple agents, none of whom could resolve the issue, and I was transferred around endlessly with no answers or accountability. The situation was beyond frustrating.Eventually, I was able to make the payment without ever receiving a proper invoice or breakdown simply to stop the harassing notices and prevent further penalties. Even after I paid the $969 in full, I was not provided with any kind of receipt or proof of payment. Once again, I was told there was nothing they could send me.This entire experience has been a nightmare. Xfinity Mobile has demonstrated a complete lack of organization, transparency, and customer care. At best, this is negligence. At worst, it's predatory billing.
