      Comcast Xfinity has provided us with three separate quotes for the same service. The first was $149.32, the second $177.95 and $188.34 is the third. They continue to routinely increase the cost of services and make it extremely difficult to cancel options and speak with an agent. I spoke with Pamela 04314864 Corporate Escalation I believe on August 8 and she stated she would investigate our concerns and return the call by August 11. As of August 24 we still have not heard from her. They also force customers to agree to channels that we find offensive instead of allowing customers to choose specific channels. This is frustrating and aggravating.

      I think there is something very fishy about this fact: in the mornings when I turn on my TV it ignores the channelI was. Watching the night before and defaults to the Newsmax channel.
      I will assure you that we have NEVER selected this channel on our Tv.
      I fear that this is a ploy ( payments to Comcast???) to boost viewership numbers on this horrid channel to increase their advertising revenue.
      Suggestions for a fix?

      They do not keep their promise/word/contract.
      Set up our comcast back in May.
      They said they would install everything.
      The guy came out the first time, didn't do anything then left.
      The second time, he set up the internet and phone line in one office.
      Our place of biz has 3 areas that need the phone lines installed.
      I called comcast and they said they would charge over $100 to complete the install.
      I dont understand since ATT and Spectrum both do it for free since I will be with the company for X amount of years.
      I called and complained and spoke to one of the managers. They said they'll call to get everything sorted. It is now August 24 and nothing has been resolved.
      Second issue, they did not give me the $10 off for setting up auto draft.. they just keep taking money out of my account every month automatically. i called and asked them for the discount and they said that i didn't complete everything. I told them they did not complete the install and they said it is complete. the customer service person then argues with me that he doesn't know anything but does see that it says installation complete. after hour of arguing he hung up. And so did the other customer rep. Your customer service sucks Comcast

      I recently, after being a so called loyal long time customer, needed help with internet and TV service. After getting the run around on the phone with several repeated attempts to resolve the issue unsuccessfully I finally got my complaint escalated with a technician to come out 4 days later. Following the guidelines given to me I waited for my 10-12 appointment. No where does it say if you don’t answer the phone your appointment will be canceled but mine was and the technician never came to my house or street to see if I was home. He called from his last job site. So I missed another days work, no internet or TV for 6 days a modem I now have to return and time wasted. I emailed everyone in customer service for a resolution to have tech come back that same day and Helen the secretary at Comcast’s corporate office says I should’ve answered the phone and just take the modem back. She doesn’t understand the days missed from work or the needless time spent waiting when I could’ve been working. Everyone from the call center to the text and twitter customer service let this technician get away with not completing the line repair and justified his actions telling me how busy they are and forgetting that my time too is valuable. All I am saying is they should do what their customer service is meant to do. If you tell me I have to be home for repair it’s up to me to make that happen but where is their responsibility for not showing up. Do people without phones not get service and if my phone was still tied to my cable service it would be off and what then. And for Helen to say I should have answered my phone, shame on you.

      Worst customer service in the world. They will not open their ears and listen to the customer, they insist they know it all and will not hear what you are asking or speaking of. When you ask for a supervisor, their response is to hang up, I have asked for their name and they refuse to answer this simple question, so when you call back you can refer to them and their unwillingness to help you or escalate the problem to someone who has the knowledge and capability to fix the issue. Hanging up is not a solution, just a way to avoid learning and get better at your job. If you don't like working in customer service, find another career. Great customer service is so hard to find, companies need to quit outsourcing this lost art to the wrong people. Served my country for 20 years in the military and been to several countries with no issues understanding people of different nationalities, yet we can't seem to find anyone willing to hear the customer these days.

      After already high cable bills on the regular my bill jumped 50$ in a month. When I went to the store and spoke to Charles his answer was to return the boxes and buy smart TVs or a streaming box like Roku to stream the service. There were no “promotion” deals he could offer me other then even more expensive ones. Their internet is always delayed after having someone come out and check it they say nothing is wrong with it. And the voice remotes basically work when they want even after replacing a number of times.

      Comcast through the Xfinity brand has completely taken advantage of the presence as a cable provider in the state of Connecticut. They are the worst at customer service, the most overpriced, and in a Griedge us monopoly and Estate that’s still subscribed to cable TV programming. This company should be fined and should refund existing clients for their over pricing, price gouging, and disgusting behavior especially when it comes to customer service. I am horrified that I am subject to such horrible lack of customer service.

      Absolute worst customer service I have ever seen. My bill started being incorrect back in May and was supposed to be fixed, but never was. There are so many charges and fees that it looks like a court document. Yesterday, I decided that I have had enough,so I decided to change providers.
      I have been a loyal customer since 2014, but that doesn't seem to matter. Do yourself a favor and change companies. This company has gone downhill. I will never use Comcast again.

      there is not enough space for me to tell you everything I have been dealing with for comcast. One issue is that after a technician set up our home ( a newly constructed home) and he left we had internet for about 24 hours. It was all good. then somehow in their system someone labeled our home as unserviceable and they had disconnected our account. No one on the phones could get off their script they were reading form to to think like a human long enough to consider that there must have been a mistake. After a month now of dealing with being hung up on and lied to through comcast our latest issue is that we spoke to a person at a comcast store and they changed the address to serviceable. They set up an appointment for a technician to come out.
      sounds good. the technician never showed and then we get a call saying they are sorry we could not make our time slot. we were here. I try talking to a customer service rep and when I told her the issue she said she was transferring me then she sent me back to the main menu. Their is nothing we can do comcast can treat people like garbage and we need their service. 0 Stars if I could
