I have been having issues with xfinity for the last month now. My issues are my modem gets hacked everytime that I replace it have replaced it 3 times in the last month every time I replace it gets hacked by my downstairs neighbors where I live same with my cell phone as well as my cable tv had to replace my SIM card 3 Times in the last month as well. This is becoming a real issue as when they hack into my phone they start my car let it run for 45 mins and it waste gas I have spoke with costomer service many times and get nowhere in regards to this Iam told to do things that I have already done also there is a microphone on my box that makes it so my downstairs neighbors can hear everything that Iam saying again I have replaced them like times in the last month this was never a issue until a month ago. This issue needs to be investigated as I am sure I am not the only person having this happen to them thank you very much for your'e time in this matter have a awsome day.

I was a Comcast/Xfinity customer until my condo association didn't renew their contract because of poor service and high prices. After beginning the new service with our condo approved vendor Bluestream, Comcast hit me with a $100 charge for no reason. They are trying to steal all they can from people over 65, who live in condos in Florida. I told them they are not getting any additional funds from me, so they sent my info to SEQUIUM ASSET SOLUTION, in Marietta, Ga. I am starting a class action against Comcast. I'm sick of their bullying tactics.

service was disconnected in error. Bill was paid with auto pay and also online. Double billed. On the phone for over an hour and a half trying to resolve issue. Got hung up on twice by agents. Transferred to several departments.

I called Xfinity about internet problems and an attempt to lower the cost of my service (without downgrading) which increased by over 10%. I called them and they quoted me a new price which I agreed to but randomly changed in a later email that they sent. I had to call them 4 times in one week to clarify why the package price keeps changing and resolve remaining tech issues. I got bounced from agent to agent, all of whom were extremely incompetent. Each call lasted well over an hour. After each call my package price would again randomly change. They mailed me additional equipment that I didn’t asked for and are now charging me for it. Two days ago, I called yet again and finally got routed to their loyalty department and they provided an adequate package cost for the same service. I decided to activate the new equipment . All but one activated through self activation. Yesterday, I had to make a 5th phone call to Xfinity for activation assistance. I was on the phone with the tech for 1:45 hours. At the end he had disconnected my premium channel access which I’m paying for. Did he randomly change my plan again? He couldn’t activate the modem. After the call I got another email from Xfinity with a different price package (I never asked to switch or downgrade). So now a technician is coming out today, so another 2 hours will be wasted and who knows if he’ll be able to address technical issues and have me on original package at price I was quoted by their loyalty department 2 days ago. Oh and I got an email from their eMarketing rep at 1:50 AM saying he attempted to get in touch with me a moment ago! First, I never got a call. Second, does Xfinity really contact customers at 1:50 AM local time? Really? Comcast offers terrible service and have the worst customer service. Don’t get me started with their Mobile customer service agents. They are clueless. How’s Comcast Allred to operate like this. Unacceptable!

Awful internet. Paying way too much for problems and all they want to do is bribe me to stay. But yet don’t want to fix the problem.

I have so many issues with Xfinity it's not even funny. If there was any other internet provider around here I would switch in a heartbeat [of course there isn't b/c they make sure of it].
I will constantly have outages every day. They only tell me to 'reset' my internet and don't bother doing anything else. Doesn't work, doesn't help, and it happens again almost immediately or a few hours later. Rinse and repeat the next day over and over again. This has happened at the multiple places I've had the connection at. Also, it can be rain or shine and it still happens, so it's deff not the weather.
They keep claiming other people are taking up my bandwidth, which is an outright lie. This issue always happens when everyone else is at work so one in this place but me, how could other people be 'using it up'?
Extremely difficult to talk to a human being and, when you do finally get ahold of them, you gotta go through all the god damn 'promotional' crap they spew when you've already heard it every time you've called them. Even if I have one simple question, it takes over 40 minutes for it to be answered because the person on the line has to go through all the ad garbage. And they hardly ever help me in the end. It's always the same runaround and then 'well reset it, it should work'.
Not only that, but my bill constantly goes up without a reason for it. I thought I was locked into a plan for a year, so why is my bill different every month when it hasn't even been a year yet? I'm not going over my limit and, even if it was, then why tell me the fee is waived for the first time it happens? And it's impossible to even get a direct answer as to 'why' it's higher. I gotta get on the damn phone for it, go through the robocall garbage, then get the 40 min ad sprew before they even help me.
Literally, what's the point in paying for internet if I don't even get it or it cuts out whenever I need it? I'm so tired of this company.

Comcast makes it ridiculously difficult to cancel your service and lies about their intentions. Their website claims, verbatim: "We hate to see you go, but if you have to cancel, we’ll help make it easy." Making it easy is as simple as adding a cancellation button to the customer's account page. Comcast instead will not cancel service until the customer has spoken with a human representative who uses aggressive sales tactics to change the customer's mind. In the Year of our Lord 2022 this practice is deceitful, greedy, and clownish.
