      Do not sign with Xfinity! I've spent more than a week just trying to transfer my number to another carrier. They deeply don't care. I've spent hours on the phone, and every time they transfer my call to someone else, I need to repeat my over and over again my situation. They canceled my number without my consent which I had for more than five years. They keep saying I'd get a PIN number, but IT DOES NOT WORK. Really I'm so stressed; this company can ruin your day!!! Don't spend time and money with this shitty company.
      I did not use the service AT ALL for three months; no calls, no data, nothing; still, I paid the amount requested, then they canceled my number and asked for more money to reactivate it.
      One person says - you're okay, you can transfer now, your number is working, and then when I try to move, it does not work. When I call back, they say your number is not activated. I'm so stressed. I've never had any problems like this. Terrible carrier, terrible service; I've been to two stores already; they keep just scaling the problem. TERRIBLE. TERRIBLE SERVICE.

      I have been a customer for over 16 years. The customer service is the worst. You can never get a clear answer and the language barrier you have to deal with until you just give up. This is the scam customers have to deal with. I have the highest package with all services internet, home security, TV, and phone. I just received my August bill and my internet alone is $99 dollars. Grant it I am aware that I am no longer on a promotion. I am use to this happening, but to charge outrageous charges for a certain item to say the least. I asked the rep. to explain and they could not. So I went to the website to see the different prices for internet nothing.. No prices at all it just route me to call in. I have called numerous times since I received the bill and no one can help. The bill is paid on time everyone. Never late. The bill is normally $300 and this month $392. They continue to go up with no explanation. Comcast is rppining customers off.

      The worst costumer service experience I have ever had. We moved and tried to keep our Xfinity home and mobile service. To speak with a person was always a 15 min evolution through automated menus. We never had service install and every time we called we were put on hold or disconnected. So now we getting away from xfinity all together and can't even cancel our mobiles because we either are put on hold indefinitely or disconnected. The service will not allow you to cancel without calling, and there is apparently no costumer service to cancel. Horrible experience over years.
      We first went with xfinity because of the fast home internet speed. There is much better out there now.

      I hate having Comcast service. Unfortunately where I live they're the only service provider who can supply > 25mbps service. They're online support is horrendous, repetitive, and not surprisingly is unable, or unwilling, to transfer or schedule a call with a live technician.
      I went back to them because I got tired of AT&T raising my rates but I may go back after wasting nearly 2 hours trying to get them to understand that my internet connection randomly drops out. 25mbps stinks but the more I have to deal with Comcast the more I feel like it might be worth living in the dark ages.

      Don’t ever use auto pay with Comcast/Xfinity. When you disconnect and they tell you your bill will be $27 (the amount for only the days you used in the billing cycle) they’ll charge you the full bill amount ($105). Then when you call customer service to ask about over charging when they already gave you the updated amount all they will say is “well you’ll have a credit on the next billing cycle.” To me it feels scammy/shady. They’re going to charge you the full amount and you’ll end up with a credit that they hope you never claim so they can keep your money.
      Comcast is a joke. Just like their internet that goes out on a sunny day not a cloud in sight. We used them for 2 years until another service just became available to us. That whole time the internet would randomly go out for no reason.

      Comcast promises a refund for services canceled within 30 days. I canceled, was told I'd get a refund, and instead, they have continued to charge me for services that I am no longer getting. Then, trying to get an agent on the phone is unnecessarily difficult. Their answering bot isn't very flexible and, unlike most, refuses to transfer you to an agent until you answer a variety of questions in ways that the bot understands. When you do get an agent, they are either in sales, or they are based in a foreign country and frequently are ill-prepared to answer questions. I have spent as much as 50 minutes on the phone with one of these foreign agents, emerging with NO useful answer. Honestly, I would give these people zero stars if it were possible. Worst customer service I have encountered anywhere, any time.

      The absolute worse customer service. Almost impossible to talk to a breathing person. Then had numerous hold sessions, and then transferred to another breathing person, with extended hold session. They then tell you what a valued customer you are. Really?? For the record, call lasted 1 hour, and 10 minutes…… with a man’s word that I would receive a call tomorrow. Seriously, this company needs intervention.

      Forth trip to Comcast within 2 weeks
      Ask to return the new Pixel 6a due to technology difficulties.
      Contacted a manger to no available for two weeks . Outrages plus Pixel 6 difficulty

      Review? CERO stars. (I'll provide one star as mandatory for this site, but deserve none).
      This company makes fun of their customers, from whom they want their money, not their complaints.
      They irresponsibly left my cable line HANGING from my fence, exposed to damage in both, my and my neighbor's property by mowing tools, as already happened.
      I have contacted them 7 times; they have sent 8 different "Technicians" to bury it and they have done just ...NOTHING! Every time I call, they give me promises, promises... promises... with no results at all.
      The so-called technicians follow the same pattern: They come, take a look, take a picture and just leave without an explanation to me, as a customer.
      The job was promised to be finished in a maximum of 14 days... it's been 45 days without any word from them. Just like that! To complete their insulting approach, they have sent me TWO different emails thanking me for my patience and stating that "The Job is finished" (???).
      Of course, month after month, I receive their bill to be paid IN TIME.
      IS ANYONE IN CHARGE OVER THERE?

      One of the worst companies to exist. Consistently upping our monthly bill every year, the offer a new promotion and new modem and yet its some how still worse than the one we had before. I’m currently paying for 1200mbps. With an ethernet connection cable into my devices it can barely touch 300 on a good day, but mostly stays around 200. Wifi connection? Less than 100mbps. I call to see why I’m paying for high speed if they can’t provide it. They run “tests” and say it must he my devices not the modem. Every device in my house is the issue? Not a chance. They are the most useless company and if I did not live in VT where options were limited i would switch in a heartbeat. Best words to describe Xfinity/Comcast would be predatory, greedy, and lazy.
