      Excuse me, but I had to turn my wifi off to leave this review. Confused as to how I pay for service to avoid using data on my phone yet the xfinity service I pay for is not good enough to use in my phone that my phone resorts to 5G anyway bc wifi connection is so poor. I have a modem and a pod. Both are sad excuses for functioning equipment. 1 hour and 17 minutes later I finally finished this 37 minute show. Should I attempt to watch episode 2 on xfinity?

      I hate this company, I'm never able to get someone on the phone to help me resolve my issues. The wait time is terrible. My billing is always incorrect and I'm never offered a resolution. Their customer service is piss poor.

      Absolutely terrible, all of a sudden xfinity started overcharging my account for over usage of data, which is not supported by anything. My usage has not changed and has always been steady and below limits. I have tried to contact customer service numerous times, but they cannot say anything but that the data has been overused. These statement s have no support though, they cannot provide explanation or details to proceed prove their words or charges. On top of that xfinity regularly call with sales pitches to upgrade plan to remove data limits for additional $30 a month. Seems very fishy and dirty scheme to make customer pay them more.

      I have had so many issues with Comcast. It would take days fir me to explain. I keep having connection problems at my home and it’s funny that every time I troubleshoot the problem they always suggest to have a technician to come out and fix it. Every time a technician comes out it a $100 service charge. I feel as if the issue keeps Are you caring that mean it was never fixed the first time.

      Constant cable outages, worse than satellite, get maybe 10 minutes of good TV in a 2 hour time frame. Worst thing to spend money on. With dish outages we're during bad weather, with this f'd company doesn't matter weather.

      Worst customer service of all time. In May 2014 I moved and had my service transferred. In September 2015 I started getting collection notices for money owed at my old home because they never transferred it properly. I disputed the bill and had 9 Comcast agents tell me I was not to worry because they could see the mistake. I had to continue fighting with them though until 2018 when it seemed that the problem finally went away. Then I moved again in 2021 to a neighborhood that only offered Comcast, and they refused to give me service until I paid a negotiated $200 from the incorrect transfer in 2014. This company is an absolute scam, raping their customers with no morals whatsoever. And, it’s nearly impossible to get a human being when you call. Agents act really happy to hear your voice, make false promises, then basically hold a gun to your head for extra money. I have no idea how such a company can even still be in business. The second any other company comes into my neighborhood, I’m taking it. I don’t even care if it costs more money. I can’t do business with people who care so little.

      It is always difficult to speak with a live person who speaks English well in a timely fashion to discuss issues. When you actually do reach a person, there are multiple transfers and inadequate answers to the concerns. Very frustrating when I pay a substantial bill on time every month. Horrible customer service!

      DO NOT move your mobile phone to this company. They lie. I was promised a $200 Visa gift card to help payoff my iPhone 12 mini if I moved my service from T-Mobile to Xfinity Mobile. I already have Xfinity Cable And Internet. The move seemed like the sensible thing to do. I would have stayed with T-Mobile had I known they were not reputable. I was promised a $200 Visa card on two separate occasions, 7/18/2022 and 7/21/2022. I was told the card was scheduled to be mailed to me 7/23/2022. I never received the card. I was forced to payoff my phone since I ported it over to Xfinity Mobile. I called Xfinity Mobile today and was told that there was no promotion or record of any offer to me. This is the most incompetent company I have ever dealt with. Inexcusable!

      I would like to say that this company is robbing customer of money that was already paid out for and current bill and then turns around and send a second notice for a double payment.This is not fair to the customer you provide service too.And I will be getting some more information how to handle this problem.
