      Xfinity Internet is OK as a service but when you want to cancel it’s impossible to reach a real human Also they started charging me for Xfinity Mobile phone and I couldn’t make them stop charging me although I did not have a Xfinity mobile When I finally did reach a real human being and they said that it wouldn’t be a problem they take care of it to this day they’re still chargingI had to change my credit card it was disgraceful but AT&T isn’t any better so maybe it’s the way of the world

      hidden fees, customer service hangs up on you when they do not want to deal with the issue anymore, no store phone numbers so you have to go to them to get your issues handled, was told to not use customer service line by multiple employees in the store, was called a liar by an assistant to the executives, was promised certain services that were all lies. I think the customer service people must get a commission on what they sell whether they actually understand your wants or not. i was so clear about only wanting internet and not wanting a phone service and was told over and over that i was only getting internet service. would only be paying $60 a month for ONLY internet. Somehow ended up with a phone at my doorstep, a charge for $40 on mobile, and $93 for internet....had all of this proof with customer service saying that i was getting said deal and yet i am the liar....finally sent the phone back because i never even wanted a samsung in the first place...was charged a $35 restocking fee...i was told i would be receiving refund after refund for my hassle yet i am still fighting these hidden fees, unwanted services, and being told that i somehow made this all up and am just trying to get of spending money. this company is very messed up because if i wasnt delignate at checking my bank statements, xfinity accounts, etc. they would just continue to find ways to charge me for services im not using, not wanting, and have said I dont want. they are straight up stealing money from me and the only way to stop them is by going into the store and complaining and yet you have to run the complaints up the ladder to actaully receive the money back versus just getting credits on your account towards your actually wanted services, where they can actauuly pull that money out of your account at anytime without informing you, prompting yet another visit to the store. they are slowly killing me and stealing from me and i can hardly keep up with them anymore.

      Worse company and customer service in I have dealt with. I switched to streaming service and was I could stream channels. Turns out the channels are restricted and only can stream most of them if you are connected to your home wife.
      Was told I could go down services, tried and was told I couldn't. Second person said I could but my bill would increase $40 a month (with keeping bundle).
      Tech report said while steaming could pause live TV and then said they were wrong after signing contract.
      Went to local store and told by sales rep to just cancel order because they didn't inform me correctly. This is there local person selling these services every day. Complete joke and waste of a week.

      I returned a phone to xfinity mobile that I bought out right for $1,100 on July 23. It was suppose to be a two day return an here I am august 11 an still don’t have my refund. Your company has been horrible to work with. Each person I get on the phone gives me a different answer. First I was supposed to be refunded and 3 to 5 business days today being the fifth business day that my refund was issued on August 5 and I still don’t have my money in my bank account. They are not giving me any answers I get a different answer from each person every time. I have contacted my bank they don’t see any pending transaction coming through. Your company tells me that it has been deposited on their end which it hasn’t because I don’t see it in my bank account. This is getting very frustrating as where I have plenty of bills due and I’m out $1100 and I don’t even have the phone. This needs to be fixed NOW! Not to mention the service I have been using for 2 years all of a sudden sucks ! I get so many dropped calls it’s ridiculous

      BIG SCAMMERS!!!!!!!!!!!! Xfinity is the WORST company.
      They charge you more money every single month. And, if you try to cancel they charge you a termination fee. They always tell me, that I can cancel any time without any cancelation fee. now this. And customer service is disgusting; they hang up the phone on you and never pass you to a supervisor to look for solutions.
      THEY ARE THIEVES!!!!!!!

      I chose to go to Xfinity mobile after talking with a representative of how I could get service for two lines for around $38.00 a month of which I presently was using T-Mobile. Since it was cheaper, I decided to switch to Xfinity and they said I couldn't use my existing phones, I would have to purchase their phones. So I agreed to the service. They ordered two phones for me through FedEx and when the phones arrived I got the phones activated but it wasn't 24 hours when I received a phone call from a acquittance and the call was dropped twice. Then I proceeded to call technical support and I was dropped 3 times with them. So right then I decided to go back to my previous carrier T-Mobile and return the phones because they because I was displeased with the service. But trying to get hold of a person is very difficult when a complaint is involved. They keep making you navigate through their apps and it's very difficult to get a hold of a person. When I did they told me that it would take 24 to 48 hours to get a return label of which it now has been two days and I still haven't received any return label to return the phones and I don't want them to charge me and they will not take them at the store. I will never promote them as a reliable mobile company to anybody. They make it hard to talk to anybody. All I want to do is return my phones.

      Horrible company. My fiance and I started with xfinity and then found out we had to move. They told us they could transfer our services without having to cancel. The day of the move i realized they still hadn’t shut our wifi off and I called them. They said that we actually can’t transfer our services and told us we have to cancel and will receive an early termination fee. I told them that was bs since they told us initially we could transfer our services and they agreed not to charge us the termination fee. A few days later I looked at my account and they took out the money for early termination. I called them and they said it would be refunded in 2-5 business days. I waited and still nothing. I called again and they now said 10 business days. Again I waited and nothing. So i called again and they said now 1 month. So AGAIN I waited and still nothing. So now I called today and they said I have to file a new claim. They also charged us a fee for shipping when we first signed up with them after telling us they wouldn’t. When we wanted to upgrade our services they did not tell us that we would be paying for the old and new service all on one bill either. They have screwed us over more than once and all I want is my refund. I don’t understand why they took it out of our account after saying they wouldn’t but I would never recommend xfinity to anyone. They are literally unintelligent. I had to tell them how to spell my name like 5 times and explain to them that New Mexico IS NOT PART OF MEXICO. They also have tried to charge us for equipment not being returned but refused to send us a new shipping label when we asked for one since the one they originally had sent wouldn’t let us print it out or open the link to it. Seriously the most rude people I have had to deal with. They made it seem like I was some crazy karen when all I have asked is for my refund back that they should never have taken in the first place. I’m tempted to sue them honestly.

      Beware!!! Comcast's Xfinity refuses to refund a $100 fee charged on my account for installing a modem that they mailed to me and I installed. I was told twice I would receive a refund and was billed incorrectly, given 2 separate reference #s for the calls. Called a third time to check on the status, told it is now listed for a tech call, that never did anything at my house, which is not the original reason for the charge. Also having problems for being wrongly charged in my mobile account with them, took 4 hour long calls for them to fix their mistake. Extremely unhappy!!

      I am 81 years old and having incredible problems with Xfinity. First, i received the wrong equipment with indoor cameras not outdoor. My daughter tried to return them to the xfinity store in Allston, MA and it seems impossible. She spent time on the phone via texts and in person with me present trying to fix the issue of wrong product sent. I was charged with over $300 in my account which money I do not even have. My pension is very small this is why i applied for ACP. I was charged for the equipment plus shipping plus setup service.
      At the xfinity store i was advised to cancel my current account and open a new one to which ACP will apply. I do not know technology and was overwhelmed and just wanted simple access to Wi-Fi with my own router. It turns out that the cameras now belong to me, why? it is not the product I wanted. I do not want any cameras now and want to return them and get credited asap please. I received more than 25 emails but not relevant to my problem. No one seems to solve this in a simple way as customer service should be.
      I do not know what to do and this is causing me a tremendous stress.
      How this can be solved. I just want to pay for a simple access to Wi-Fi and nothing else.
      The calls are labyrinth with no way out and even when speaking with real person they make promises that everything is solved to get a good rating, and in reality there are empty promises and it is not true. Who can help me?
