I need internet service for my wfh position. Service cuts out regularly logging me off of my work computer and costing me money. Now every other time I make a payment they double charge my account. Calling customer service is a joke. Can't understand the agents. That's if you can get through the automated service. Now I have to wait a week to get my refund that overdrew my bank account and screwed up a payment that was scheduled. Thanks for costing me more money!

this company, xfinitymobile, did not send me the phone, it came empty and they will not let me get credit for a phone and service i never got. It is taking money with an automatic debit card and I called 3 times to let them know all this and try to get a credit for their charging me for not getting phone and i have a police report on this and no service is being rendered. The rep/ supervisor said she would give me the credit and after 2 calls to inform them, they keep charging me 29. 82 per month for 4 months, now.

Had a big limb fall over their line and it's been over a month as of today with 5+ techs came out and atleast 1 of those tech put in a ticket on his end to have their tree removal people come out. To this day noone word from anyone with 10ish calls and today when I called for an update "Dawn" started that Xfinity has NEVER removed ant type of limb/tree from their lines as that problem belongs to the city. I WILL be switch my internet over to someone else and will NEVER use Xfinity again even if I have to buy from a cell company and pay 3X the money for internet!

I was told I would receive a $230 refund to my debit card due to overpaying for over a year. It’s been weeks, and no refund. I’ve talked to several agents who keep telling me wait 1 to 2 business days and I still have had no resolution. They have been overcharging me for internet for over a year and it’s taken me six months to try to get resolution to this issue. They promise internet speeds they dont give. They promise if you pay extra they remove the 1TB data cap and they dont. They even will take money from your card when you don’t have automatic payments set up. If you go into a store their emoloyees can’t do anything and their outsourced agents lie directly to you over the phone and in chat. I have been with this company for years and I am tired of being lied to and robbed from.

This business is a disaster! I have Comcast because we are trapped and no one else available. They contacted me for contract renewal and disconnected my good business number. I added cell phone service and they ported the wrong number. My phone bill was supposed to go down $100 its gone up $100.
Why is this allowed to continue where they can monopolize the market and we can't have choices?
I complained no one responds. they don't want to deal with the problem because they have too many complaints.

Do not get service through Comcast if you can avoid it.
I was sent a new device on the same plan "for free" a couple months ago. The device stopped functioning a couple weeks later and I requested help with it, requiring me to wait a full week without service to get a tech over. I was not informed of any charges and the tech told me these modems in particular are trash and they have to replace them often.
I was then charged $100 for a "professional installation" of the replacement modem even though it required two cords to be plugged in and that is all. I was not informed there would be a charge at all before hand and assumed that since my service was out for a week they would be helping to fix the service that I PAY FOR.
I then called to have the charges removed and the first customer service rep I spoke to told me that the most they could do is $30 because it was a valid charge. I said that was unacceptable as I already pay for their service and was only having them fix a problem they created so I was escalated to a manager who told me that this was a valid charge and the most they could give me was $50 and after insisting again that I wanted the entire fee refunded he said the absolute most they could give me was $70.
It was not worth my time to keep arguing with them so I accepted and hung up but I will be changing providers as soon as I possibly can.
Their service technician visits are a SCAM. These charges should not be legal without you being informed of them first at the very least and they should have credited me 7 days of service if anything, not charged me $100 to get it fixed.
      Ridiculously unethical company.

Called on July 23,2022 to obtain information about mobile phones and services. Message given all representatives were busy and told to go to chat for information.
Chat representative told me that Xfinity(Comcast) had a special where I could receive a free iphone (Apple SE 3rd gen) if I signed up for mobile service with Xfinity. I was told that the deal would include charge of $15/month for the services but the rep did not tell me how long this promotion would last. I agreed to sign up and was told I would receive my phone in 2-3 business days. Phone arrived on August 1,2022. When I opened my account to find out how and when to activate my iphone. Found out billing for this phone was $412.99 with payments of $17.91/month. Also if I paid for this phone there would be a credit of $175.-- toward payment. Tried calling but again told line had high volume calls and to use chat service. Tried to explain my situation but rep kept telling me something else. Don't think he understood English well. On August 2,2022 spoke to a person online by name of Kim. She told me that once I activated the phone full charges would be removed and I would be credited $17.91/month toward the purchase of the phone. She stated if I decided I did not want the service after 1 year I could pay the balance off on the phone but never stated how long I had to keep the service before phone would be paid in full. She also told me because I had a landline with Xfinity and wanted to keep same phone number it would take 24-48 hours for transfer to take place. On August 4, spoke to another young female rep who c ould not see any problem why phone had not been switched over and gave me a case number and told me that someone would be calling me in 24 hrs. On August 5, I called another female rep and brought up to date and told her I still had no transfer of service. THIS time she transferred me to a technician who discovered wrong phone # had been placed. August 7th-still no mobilephone service.
