      The customer service is the worse Ive experienced in years. I have been unable to access my WiFi through the xfinity app. I called in for assistance and the agent **** was extremely rude wouldnt listen to my problem. The language barrier didnt help either. After being on the phone for 1and 1/2 hours I asked to speak to a supervisor or manager because I was still unable to access my WiFi settings to change my password. **** was able to gain access to my account but I was unable to. I wasnt satisfied with this I asked to speak to someone else. **** refused to transfer me. He only gave me messages from other departments. He finally after ***** minutes of back in fourth of me asking to speak to someone is when he put a ticket in for a supervisor to contact me. My frustration and totally waste of time is why **** should not work in customer service. He kept on antagonizing the situation by repeated if he helped me and I kept on responding no.

      BAIT AND SWITCH - DO NOT GET FOOLED BY THEIR PROMOTIONAL TO SWITCH CARRIER.I was a long-term T-Mobile customer that was lured to switch to ********************** by their mobile switching promotional program in Feb 2025. Upon visiting local Xfinity store, I was informed that upon switching from another carrier - there is $100 e-gift cards promotional eligible per line opened. So, in *** 2025, I opened one mobile line and another for a smart watch.What the sales associate failed to mention: the promotion was only eligible if I were to keep my old device from former carrier and it was not eligible for the smart watch line. He also failed to mention that it requires 3 full billing cycle completion before the reward was up for review and distributed.Lo and behold, here I was waiting to receive the reward distribution to no avail. Called about 4-6 weeks after Feb 2025 - and after a painstaking process to get to talk to an associate - a ticket was open. Then a complete silence.I called about 4-6 weeks after the first call to find out that it requires 3 full billing cycle completion for the reward to be awarded. I thanked the associate for giving me the 'complete information,' and go about my way.Of course, June 2025 arrived and there was nothing. I called after my billing cycle completed to find that 'there was no such promotion exist' then to find out later that I was not eligible. Not only that, the salesperson also never applied ANY promotion (there was $150 off for smart watch purchase and a credit for the traded in device $850). This company literally screwed me over $200 to start and would've screwed me over another additional $1,000 had I not called and the associate at the time noticing something was off with the order, looking back.

      If we were not tied into Xfinity via our new HOA, we would never have willfully used this company ever again and they were all too happy to remind us why. It's been two weeks of s**** *** and they've still not fixed anything, they've outright lied about coming to do installs, they ordered us the wrong equipment. I work remote and have already had to take one trip down to headquarters because of them, now looking at another week of no service. You can change your name from Comcast but it's the same garbage with a new name. Still garbage any way you look at it.

      Signed up for internet on June 6th. Earliest appointment to have installed was June 18th. Technician arrived late with no notice. Technician avoided the job because he needed access to the pole in the backyard and would need to come through the neighbors yard. He says he knocked on their door and nobody answered. Said he couldnt do the job because he needed more people and that he would be back the next morning. Never showed. Called xfinity to see what was going on. Found out the technician lied to me. They rescheduled for June 21st. Im waiting around all day for them. Nobody arrives. I called xfinity again. They said the technician canceled and made no notes on why. I got bounced around to different departments for an hour and a half telling each person in detail what happened. Ive already missed too much time at work to wait around and miss more work for them to come waste my time. They couldnt get a technician out to my house for another week. Ive never dealt with a company that fumbled so badly and didnt even give a c*** about making the situation right. Ill never ever give xfinity a dime of my money again. Not that that they got a dime this time because I didnt even receive the services I signed up for. Every person I spoke to seemed clueless on what to do. Worst customer service Ive ever dealt with in my entire 41 years on this planet.

      I was promised a contract by an agent that I signed. I was billed incorrectly for multiple months. I have contacted Xfinity via chat each month. They all assured me I was correct, I would get a refund, and my bill would be adjusted for the future. It never was. And now an agent is telling me someone made me a false promised contract that they cannot honor. That is not my fault an employee did that, not what was agreed upon, and I kept getting put in circles trying to make it right. I am being overcharged and stuck in a contract that I did not sign by a company that does not care about their customers. I would NEVER recommend ********************** to anyone.

      I called and cancelled my services in February, but the agent I spoke to on the phone failed to submit the cancellation on my account. I called back in March and fully explained the situation to another agent who begrudgingly agreed to cancel my service and remove all charges. I was very clear on the phone with Comcast's representative that I was not paying for any services past February. Comcast failed, or outright lied, about removing the charges from my account. This is fraudulent activity. They lied, or failed to act, in order to obtain more money from me. I tried to work this out with Comcast Xfinity, but they have refused to honor their word.

      I have had Xfinity for about one year now and since having it, my wife and I have nothing but issues. I also am finding it when I call customer service. I get these oversee call centers which I find that are disgusting not against the people, but that this company wants to hire companies outside the country, so Americans cant work, which I also find very offensive. I called and I got this man from ****** and I asked him straight out. Why are they hiring people while we see so he says we can make money well Xfinity is just as bad as ******* is. Also, their service is horrible and the customer service is horrible. I blame it on Xfinity corporation because they only care about making a dollar and also s******* their customers. I am planning on getting rid of it as soon as I can dont trust them because they do stink.

      Had someone help me who was all together incompetent. They then proceeded to get a manager which ***** helped me with nothing. I was told the only person that could walk out of the store with a phone is the primary account holder, but if youre an account manager you can order one online due to fraud reasons. Make that make sense Im not sure how if Im on the account and you can physically see my ID I cant get a phone but I can order one online with zero information provided besides my login. I then called our primary account holder to which I was given no help still, other than switching to a different family members account. After this my family sat on the phone with xfinity for over 2 hours with zero resolution. Over xfinity ***** is the worst customer service I have ever experienced would never use again! I plan on switching carriers tomorrow!

      Over the last year and a half Ive been swindled by Comcast. *** had service appointment after service appointment. Told that my appointments were being rescheduled. Service issue after service issue. Between this and the absolute asinine self-service system that chokeholds you from speaking with a representative, PLEASE everyone for the love of god steer clear of this hustlers.
