      A few weeks ago, after an 811 call/visit, and XFinity told me it was okay to dig, my landscaper cut their cable. Clearly their fault and it is in writing. It is a safety issue as we handle and move the 150 ft cable around. Since then I have had the following appointments to bury the cable. Thursday 5 Jun 25 between 8-8. No show no call or text.Friday 6 Jun 2025 between 7-8 AM. No show no call or text.Friday 6 Jun 2025 between 3-5 PM. No show no call or text.Saturday 7 Jun 2025 between 10AM and noon. No show no call or text.Friday 13 Jun 2025 7AM to 10 PM. No show no call or text.Saturday 14 Jun 2025 7AM to 10 PM. No show no call or text.Sunday 15 Jun 2025 7AM to 10PM. No Show no call or text All Mountain Daylight time.I did not call for an appointment today (16 Jun) but nobody has showed up today either.We have reworked our calendars to be here 7 times for their mistake. Each time the agent promised that this would be the time. They each said trust me. Still nothing.

      Called my phone told me I had a ******* bill. Then told me the were going to sue...I called to deal with it.. worst customer service ever. Don't use them they will try to scam money from you

      Funny Comcast is not BBB accredited. I wouldn't be either if my company was comically incompetent. To summarize Comcast, they are modern day thieves. Overcharging, extra charges, unfulfilled discounts, etc. We own four businesses and their wireless service was so unstable we had to fork over more money to purchase their backup system. In the process I got four cell phones to use as backup for VOIP. The salesperson said there was a promotion to receive these basic phones for free. Great, let's do it. Not long after I notice I'm being charged ~$18.50 a month for each device. I call customer service and they tell me that promotion was for transferring a number, not starting a new number. Wow. Call the salesperson and all they say is "sorry". So over the course of two years I'm paying close to $1,800 I wasn't suppose to pay.Their on line account system is complete trash. Part of the time it does't load or flashes an error trying to load a page. And billing, what a nightmare. They changed billing systems and one of our autopay accounts did not transfer. We were receiving past due notices and called customer service at least six times to understand what it was because we could not see it on our account. Not one of them could help or identify the ************ thing we know, our business phone lines are shut off. Unbelievable. Of course you can't move to another service provider because they show no mercy with their "contracts" that a business has no choice but to sign. That practice should be illegal. Oh and they are trying to charge us $455 for unreturned equipment that we did return and provided copies of the *** Store receipt. Comcast is unbelievably bad all around. It's shocking they are able to stay in business. Then again they are ripping off thousands of customers just like us.

      -Scheduled us on the wrong day on Thursday instead of Saturday even he said Saturday after I told him I'm not available during the week -Tried to ship us a modem instead of having a technician come out and swap it out for us like they said they would -Tried to imply that they would charge us for the install of the modem they were supposed to swap out themselves -Tried to upgrade us without telling us. DO NOT USE THESE PEOPLE IF YOU DON'T NEED TO. They are incompetent and crooked.

      Comcast doesnt deserve any stars they have the absolute worst service if you work from home CHOOSE ANOTHER INTERNET COMPANY Comcast service always has issues I left them for years and had to come back do to the only service Im able to get in an shopping for another company that doesnt have issues every single month if you able to to choose another you should absolutely avoid COMCRAP

      Horrible experience, caused significant damage to our business due to issues with both internet and phone. **************** is cyclical and unhelpful. Long holds on the phone without any resolution. We terminated service and will not consider using any of their products in the future.

      No longer able to talk to a real person when you have a problem. I'm trying to return a modem they shipped me that I don't need or want. After doing online chat with 22 non-native english speaking customer service **** over a one week period - no resolution. Their website has a bug that won't let me generate a shipping label and all I'm asking them to do is send me one or have someone pick the modem up. I've been told someone would call me (they didn't), that they would send me a label (they didn't), that they would fix it (they don't), etc.. Most of them simply pass me onto another agent as soon as they realize they can't fix the problem or tell me they'll do things which they don't. I'm fed up with them. Consider that you will never get help from their customer service for anything beyond simple things that they can tell you how to fix.

      My service was cancelled by April 1, which was the last day of my lease. I was still charged, and I called numerous times to make sure this was cancelled. The customer service agents said it was cancelled, and I would be refunded the charges, and also remove the pending charges on my account. However, I never received my refund, I still have an outstanding balance for service I did not use, and furthermore, received threats from Xfinity that this would be sent to collections. It's insane how I am at fault when they have not done their jobs correctly and find every way to charge customers for services they're no longer using.

      My bill has been paid, yet Xfinity has called me excessively over the week. They called me at 8:45 last night and woke me up. They have called TWICE this morning and emailed. STOP HARASSING ME. I PAID THE BILL AND HAVE THE BANK STATEMENT TO PROVE IT. STOP HARASSING ME!

      Doesn't honor promotions l, they are denying me a $200 Amazon gift card that was advertised when I set service up and are now saying the promotion expired 10 days prior, they also tried to bill me $100 service charge for needing a tech to come see why the internet service was terrible
