Comcast is the worst Company I have ever dealt with!! A few weeks ago we were having ongoing issues with our cable. Short version... We had a new spare box I was going to install. While the tech was here, he took that box. Around Memorial Day I talked with customer service and they were going to ship one. Called again today and they state the do not see an order for that box. Today, the agent was getting ready to ship one but told me I would have to pay $15 for shipping. I am SO tired of Comcast very poor service and how impossible it is to get ANY help. We have been with them for years!! Well I have had enough! Going to find other service. Shame on you Comcast!!!

I decided to switch services as I was paying for a gig and barely receiving 150 Mbps. The original call on Sunday to cancel the service went great and they were understanding and I politely declined the offers and she cut my service with no problem. Today a customer retention agent called me and I politely declined the offer and then he got irritated and continued to push. I then explained how I'm not getting what I'm paying for and then tried to sell me more stuff. He proceeded to ask how much I'm paying now and got mad as I was responding "I do not feel comfortable giving that out." Before I could finish my sentence he hung up on me. I have been a customer of theirs for years and will most likely not going back after that call.

I am 83 years old and an Air Force veteran. Last May, after 30 years of subscription with Comcast (where they made tens of thousands of dollars off me), I cut the cable service. I got rid of the TV service 2 years earlier because it became unaffordable, but I hung on to the WIFI because at my age it is my main line to the outside world. The past year their WIFI service has gotten so bad it is almost comical to describe it. The day after cutting the cord, they charged me for another month ($98). I tried to settle this issue fairly, but NO!—they chose to harass and intimidate me with endless phone calls and referring me to all kinds of collection agencies. The greed and callousness of this Company is unbelievable!

This is the worst company I've ever seen. Customers are expected to fix their own problems and just keep Comcast in the loop. We lost multiple days to down time so Comcast could update & upgrade equipment for better service, NOT. I've been having connection issues for months now and have not been able to find anyone who has the courage to send me a new updated modem. I've also been sent a text message telling me it would be sent with no charge. They want to send it to my service address which is not my mailing address. Nothing is being done. They said to go into my account and change my shipping address which it will not allow me to do. When is customer service going to be customer service instead of excuse service. I've not had a single year with Comcast where I haven't had major issues due to there lack of service. It amazes me they are still in business since I can't find anyone who has said they are happy with Comcast. It is obvious they are not spending money on doing the right thing. There employees are overly paid based on my own experience.

When I couldn't access my accounts online, I called for assistance. Although there was not a long wait time to speak with someone, I was asked the same questions again and again. I understand the need for ID checks/security, but as soon as I mentioned I wanted to cancel my account, more and more (sometimes the same) questions were asked and I was on hold for long times with no one checking in. I was then asked where I was moving to and if I wanted to Xfinity there. Fine. But when I said no they asked for my address. I explained I happened to have Xfinity at another address, so they stopped asking. Then I was placed on another long hold with no check in. When I said "hello," the ***resentative returned and asked if I wanted to transfer the service at the address I'm living to someone else. And stated clearly for the umpteenth time that I want to cancel this service. I don't want to move it to another address or transfer to someone else at the existing address. I told her this tactic felt controlling and weird and I just want to cancel the service. Only when I said that I would cancel my other services at other addresses did she stop asking questions and wanted to wrap up the call. She had no interest in my experience as a customer when I tried to explain how unpleasant the experience was. Dismissive and laughed. I have yet to the get the confirmation email that my service was canceled. Unfortunately, I may have to engage Xfinity again to get this resolved. Also, the ***s were overseas. The conversation was not clear at times re grammar and when I had a complaint, the *** said it must be a bad line as she didn't hear me.

The poor service was one thing, but we had a representative over the phone during our experience with Xfinity Mobile. Offer us a free smart watch. Skeptical, we asked several questions and were told how we only had to pay shipping as well as the taxes and fees and the watch would be free. The line fee of course would be 10 dollars a month but thats not a big deal itself, we were fine with that. Fast forward, and we are told how this representative (of the company) lied to us. Instead of the company admitting fault and letting us have the product that the representative (of the company again mind you) had guaranteed us, they wanted us to decide if we wanted to pay for it or return it. This kind of behavior within a company is ridiculous. If we have already been told something is free, and we paid the transaction to receive the item, it is ours at that point. Firing an employee is great for the company themselves to ensure it doesn't happen again, but correcting the mistake to the customer is how to ensure you keep your customers. We were only offered a 30 dollar credit for all of this (and a refund of course if we returned the watch.) This type of greed within a company is inexcusable and should be handled with much better care than what it was. I will never consider going back to Xfinity and will actively discourage anyone from going to xfinity as well. This is the worst experience I have ever had. We weren't mislead, we were lied to
