      I called to cancel my Comcast Xfinity Internet after they kept raising the price. I got confirmation that I had canceled my service and they continued to bill me. When I called, they said that the bill was for the service in the month before I canceled. Since they bill in advance, this is not accurate. They confirmed that I had canceled. A month later I got an overdue notice saying that I had not paid. When I called, they said that they had never canceled my service. They said they can see my cancellation call, but they never processed the cancellation. I would never recommend this business to anyone.

      I signed up for a device upgrade promotion after being a previously happy xfinity mobile customer for over six years. The monthly credit did not apply and each month I have to call up customer service for over two hours to get my $16.70 credit and each month, they promise me that it is resolved permanently.

      My appointment was canceled without a notice. I took the day off from work to wait for the technician to arrive.
      Then Aman(customer support) told me to make sure the technician would arrive within next 2 hours to install the Gateway Modem and make sure I wouldn't have to pay for it.
      After I spoke with Aman, I received messages saying that my appointment would be 3 days later.
      Terrible service, terrible customer service.
      Aman customer support was making jokes, while I was frustrated from being scammed by Comcast, for not the first or the last time.

      ********************* **** ******* Emp ID - ******* Ext - 8049 from Xfinity Assurance called to show me all these scammers on my Wi-Fi. After few hours he tried to sell me a $500 thing from **** to stop hackers. He turned on my MoCa. A technician came out two days later and replaced my modem. Ive had trouble staying on the Internet ever since.The name of the agent is :XFINITY INTERNET SECURITY ************************************* ********************* **** ******* Emp ID - ******* Ext - 8049 He wanted to me to buy is **** SonicWALL TZ300 75ps 5xGbE for $500. He said Xfinity would pay me back. When I told him I had to check it out he hung up on me. Another Xfinity assurance agent named **** called me yesterday and wanted the same thing. He asked me if I had the money I said no. He hung up on me.

      Xfinity sold over the phone to my mother in law who is 91 years old a new phone which she didnt need because she already has one and does not know to operate it. I went to this store to return it after 5 times or more trying to talk to Xfinity over the phone I got nowhere, so I took to them to return it. One hour later they said they can not accept the phone. Talk to manager same answer they cannot accept phone I need a return slip to send it back. They couldnt even help me get a return slip. Now my son is trying to get some response from Xfinity to the extent that he took her to a Xfinity store in ****************** and the same thing they could not help here. So apparently my mother in law is stuck paying about ******** for a phone she doesnt need.

      I would give them 0 stars if possible I have been down for two days, couldnt manage to get a service giy to my house until two days later It is quite clear to be that xfinity/comcast puts a priority on revenue and hooking up new customers rather than providing custom service to existing customers and they have the stupidest inline bots in the world. you would think in the age of AI they could do better

      There technicians are great but having to sit on the phone with a machine for hours just to be disconnected and start all over again *****. Still haven't resolved my issues and I have to start all over again each time.

      Stay the *** away from Comcast, Xfinity or anything remotely associated with them. Literally crooks, lies on top of lies on top of "I'm the manager I'm sure I can fix it" LIES literally charging me money for something that I didn't approve but the employee made a mistake and they can't take it TF back. Please please take your business ANYWHERE ELSE!!!

      I signed up for auto pay each month. However, every month for the last 5 months this company discontinue my service. This Xfinity Prepaid is a joke. I have complained several times on the phone (about 3 hours each time) and this company continue to shut-off my service each month. My security cameras will not work if no internet is connected. Last night I was watching the late news when I saw my camera light come on indicating no service. To correct this situation I had to use my cell phone to go online to pay. Then I have to unplug my electrical cord that goes to the modem. Then I wait for about 5 minutes. After I plug the electrical cord back into the socket, I wait for the service to start. If I am not at home and this situation occurs, my home could be robbed. This company is the worst.

      Terrible service, internet and TV are disconnecting 5+ times per hour. Trying to get help is like pulling teeth. Xfinity AI assistant is useless and they wont give you a human agent or schedule a technician until you threaten to cancel services.
