I placed an order on 12/25/2022 on ***** ****/Snipes USA for a pair of **** priced at $100. I did not receive any sort of communication other than a confirmation that my order was placed. I checked the original tab on my computer that I placed the order on and it said the order was cancelled on 01/06/2023. I have reached out multiple times to the email provided for their customer service and have not received an answer as to how I will receive a refund as I placed the order on a **** gift card that is now expired and does not exist. I asked if they could provide a store credit at the very least and I finally received my first communication stating they issued the refund to the initial payment and thats all they can do.Business Response

I prepaid for a pair of shoes from this business. They did not arrive when promised. I went to the store for a refund. They said they cannot process refunds in store. Their website states that purchases in store and online may be returned in store with a receipt. I placed order #*********** on SNIPES.com on 12/21/22. That was three (3) weeks ago. I have not received the two pairs of **** shoes that I ordered, and I haven't received any status update from the retailer. I have tried to contact customer service on multiple occasions to ask about the status of my order. It was an online purchase from this company I spent well over 1500 dollars and I had one item that wasn't in the warehouse so the order was canceled on 12/31/22 and I've been speaking with their online support because the phone number that they have listed is not working because they were supposed to give me a refund of $84.90 I have not received my refund nor have they respond to any emails most recent emails that I have sent and regards to that refund it was told to me it would only take three to five business days it's long past those three to five business days and no it's no other way I can contact them, the only way is the contact is on their website and again they will not respond.Business Response

I placed an order on 12/21/22 online with Snipes USA, order number ***********. My order is yet to ship and they will not respond to calls or emails. This company is like a joke with customer service. They took their number down off the site and when you attempt to call you get no answer. They promise to contact you within 24-48, no response. I would like my items, but if I can't receive my item them refund me my money. I work hard for my money and don't have it to give away freely!Business Response

I placed a order with Snipe USA on January 1,2023 for 2 pairs of new balances. A size 12 and a size 10 in men. I received confirmation that both pairs been shipped with 2 different tracking numbers. They ship out on January 2,2023 and I received one pair on January 5,2023 and the other pair says arrives January 6,2023. I checked the tracking for other pair and it says tracking label been sent to *** and this was January 2,2023 that it said that. I reached out to Snipe USA and ***** reached back to me and told me that order was delivered. I reached back and told her yes one pair arrived but still has another waiting on. This was Saturday January 7,2023 and I waited till today January 9,2023 and reached back out to them and ***** responded and said great news your order been shipped. I reach back and said they was shipped on January 2,2023 and *** hasn’t gotten the order yet. Here it’s 6 days pasted and *** still waiting on my order. I ordered from SnipesUSA (***** ****) shoe store online for my son a Christmas present, well the shoes came very fast but they were too small and on the return policy on there website it clearly states that they do return through the mail or in store and they had the right size online that I needed to exchange for but when I went to go do it online, I was told to take the shoes to my nearest snipesUSA which is in Gastonia an hour and a half from me because I they weren't doing returns online at the moment I didn't argue I agreed to go to the nearest store despite the long drive but when I got to the store they wouldn't take them back do a return or exchange nothing, it looked like they had hand written the sign and stuck it on the cash register saying no returns or exchanges. I wasted my time and gas getting the run around by a woman named ***** in SnipesUSA customer service. I have had the worst experience ever with a store that I could possibly have and now they won't even respond to me at all there just ignoring me. Unbelievable, they do not honor there policy and will ignore you when you call them out. Now I'm out 140$....... snipesUSA customer service and return policy is nothing short of awful. I feel like as a customer I wasn't taken serious and my child's Christmas present meant nothing. I would of never bought the shoes if I would of known this to begin with that I couldn't return them if something was not right.Business Response

I purchased a pair of shoes on 12-25-2022 from *********/Snipes. I got notification via email that my order had shipped on 12-27-2022. When I clicked on the tracking# it just stated that a label was created and not yet picked up by *****. There has been no movement since the 27th. I tried contacting customer service and cannot get thru to talk to anyone. Have tried emailing with no response. Tried calling a retail store and they were unable to help. My credit card has been charged for $125 that I spent and I would just like my money back as it seems that something got lost with the order. Order boots for my mom for Christmas on 12/19/22 and website clear said that orders ship within 3-4 days. Not only did I never revive the boots, but the order has not shipped and upon further investigation, order still says pending, after 19 days. I have contacted customer service on 12/27 to get an estimated ship dates and was told I'm afraid I cannot provide a definitive estimated delivery date at this time. I responded that I was uncomfortable proceeding with the transaction with no ship date. I waited a few more days with no response and then contacted customer service twice more, asking to cancel my order and receive a full refund. Still No response. I want the boots or a refund now.
