      I placed a order with Snipes U.S.A. on 12/30/2022 Order#SNP06537809 I received a email with a tracking number ****************** stating my order was shipped via *** 01/02/2023. The tracking number hasn’t been update nor has a package been received by *** only a label created by Snipe USA. I contacted Snipe USA via email only because their customer service number does not allow you to speak with a live representative at initial contact. I received an email from a representative named Julia. Julia has stated in such email that the package has not been shipped out. It was only a *** label create it due to the fact that there has been a high demand in packages and she is not able to give me a definitive answer as to when I will receive my package. I have sent out another email to Snipe USA stating that I will like to cancel my order and receive a full refund in the amount of $59.94 since there’s no available information in regards to when exactly I will receive my order. I have not been contacted back from a Snipe representative.

      I received an email on 12/25/22 saying that and order has been place. I never placed an order with this company so I immediately called them the following day due to the Christmas holiday and I knew they would be closed. However, upon calling I couldn't get anyone on the phone and I left number to call back. I left several emails and still no response. This is a fraudulent charge and I am unable to reach anyone to get it rectified and now I receive an email saying the order is shipping! What kind of company doesn't respond to their emails. CANCEL ORDER # ***********. I have sent several emails! This is an unauthorized charged! I already contacted my bank! I have called, emailed etc... and no answers! Please cancel this order and refund my money!

      I would like to report about customer service of Snipe USA. I bought a jacket from their website (*************************). My order # *********** and purchase date is December 7th 2022. That order was delivered on 22th 12, December. (Tracking number : *** ****************** ) They sent me a damaged item. A Part of the neck collar was ripped so cotton inside was exposed and scatted over the jacket. This jacket is goose down jacket so cotton inside is very important. So I sent an email about this and requested to send me a request return label. It has been 9 days since I report it to them but they still never replied. I sent emails several time in case they missed my email. Also I called to their customer service but they never answered the phone. So I went to one of their stores to return it because customer can return it at store but sales clerks were refused. In fact, there are other issues as well as this issue. I am going to report about them separately. Please help me to resolve this accident. Thank you.

      December 12, 2022 I had purchased a pair of ******* 1 from ***** **** / Snipes only to not get the sneakers but they said they was delivered l. I call customer service and they was rude and someone would get back to me. No one has reached out yet on how to resolve this issue.

      I placed my order on December 18, 2022. I requested that my order be canceled because it would not be completed by Christmas. On 12/23/2022, I received a cancellation confirmation. Since I placed a cancellation order, I have not received a full refund. *********** is the number of my order. Snipes stated that a full refund would be issued 3-5 days after the cancellation was processed. I have yet to receive my refund.

      Your order was not completed and  your authorization has been reversed. 

      When an order is placed with us, we place an authorization hold on your card and do not settle the charge until a product has shipped.  Because your order was cancelled you were not charged, so there are not funds to return to you.

      I purchased a pair of *** boots from the Snipes website (Order: ***********) on 12/16. Although I was shown in the transaction that the boots (Christmas present for my wife) would arrive before Christmas it arrived almost a week later. When I opened the box, the shoes were scuffed as if they had been worn before. I have submitted a request for refund and a return shipping label due to the lateness and defect to the item multiple times over the course of the last two weeks and have received 0 response. I have tried calling, leaving a callback number, and several social media sites again, 0 response. The unresponsiveness is unprofessional, especially when an order deemed defective demands attention. I am requesting BBBs help for Snipes to respond to my multiple attempts to reach them and issue a refund on my purchase.

      I placed an order but the shoes was too big. I send the shoes back and they received them back but I have no received my refund. I have tired contacting them several times with no response. I paid $110 for the shoes the order number ***********.

      I purchased boots, that were too small for my child. I returned them for a refund. I requested a return label and that was the last time I spoke with anyone. And I sent a few emails and still no return. The tracking I put on the return allowed me to know they have received the boots.

      I placed an online order for a pair of sneakers on 12/19/22 for a total of 138.75. My order number is SNP06503645. 2 weeks later and I have not received tracking number or any other communication for Snipes USA. I have called their customer service multiple times and have not received a call back. I would like the sneakers I ordered or a refund.
