      TERRIBLE, AWFUL, POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE! Every time i order a pair of shoes, and I mean every damn time, my order is cancelled! I can order 6 pairs of 6 different types of shoes and two weeks later I’ll get an email saying my order has been cancelled because of 1 of 3 reasons. 1. I didn’t pay 2. I asked to cancel 3. Shoes are sold out. And they said the shoes were sold out. ALL SIX PAIR? I believe my local store is giving them to their friends and families, because I can’t think of any other reason why this would continually happen. It might be a sign because my cousin bought a pair from them and I swear they are fake. My kids really needed those shoes! They were a Christmas present. My son has a hole in the toe of his shoe. I’m so upset.

      Complete scam, charged my card without authorization. No, checkout process but charged my card, also adding shipping costs I never authorized and sending to wrong address. Attempted to cancel immediately because I never authorized the charge and first agent lied and said it was just a hold, whilst the next agent tried to say it's too late to cancel.

      I ordered shoes from Snipes and for 2 weeks it said that UPS had not received the package come to find out it was “lost”. Here I am still trying to get a refund and they are telling me they issued it and my bank is rejecting it. They also have the worst customer service i have ever dealt with. Looks like the only way i will be getting a refund is by disputing the charges with my bank which is just going to add more stress on. This is ridiculous someone needs to shut them down!!!!!!!!!!! I wish I could give them negative stars.

      I purchased a pair of Cherrys 11’s grade school size 6 for 200 something with tax from the snipes on · *** * ***** St they sold me a pair fake Jordan’s I realize afterwards the back of 23 number is thick instead of thin I check on YouTube Instagram peoples reviews how to
      Tell if their fake or the real and i got scammed smh and as I see people have made complaints over different kicks they sell that are fake too they need to be reported or shut down

      This company sent me an item with the security tag attached. They do not advertise a customer service phone number, only an email address. I got a customer service number from one of the stores, they do not answer. It's an answering machine. After emailing for days, someone emailed me back telling me to take it to any Snipes store to remove the tag. The closest store is an hour away from me. Luckily, I called first & described the security tag. The store doesn't have the tool to remove that kind of tag. When I emailed that back to customer service, they told me that's not true and gave me a list of stores I could take it to, all were 1-2 hrs away. I called all of them and they all said the same thing, they don't have the tool for that tag. This was supposed to be a gift. I cannot find the item anywhere else. How do I give it with a security tag? When I asked if I could send it back to them, have them remove the tag, and send it back, I was told no, I could return it back and that's my only option. Snipes customer service is BEYOND POOR. The last I heard was that my "case was being escalated & I'd hear from a manager". You're going to be shocked...wait for it... I never heard from anyone.

      I placed an order with them a month ago. I ordered 3 pairs of shoes and got only 2. I reached out to this company on numerous occasions regarding this matter but no one had gotten back to me. It’s been 2 and half weeks now and they don’t have the decency to tell me anything about my missing items or refund. I never had any problems with the former customer Jimmy Jazz but when Snipes took over, it’s been crap after crap. I will not order for them again! Refund my money ASAP!

      I purchased two sneakers for the amount of $500+. I received a confirmation email stating my purchase was delivered. I waited as Snipe directed me to; see if my package had just been marked and delivered and had not yet arrived. After the recommended time of wait, I reached out to Snipe. Snipe stated I would need to file a claim with the delivery company. I contacted the shipping company and was told my package was transferred to a different shipping company which I had no idea nor did I have a new tracking number. I then proceeded to contact Snipe and their response was “ Unfortunately, Snipes USA is not liable for a package after it has been marked as delivered to the address on file. This means that Snipes USA would not be liable for a lost or stolen package after it has been delivered.“ I have never countered a response like this. Instead of at least trying to assist me in finding out what exactly happened and if it was delivered to my building complex their response is “we could care less since we received our funds” it’s sad because I purchase in store so many times but after this I will no longer associate myself with snipes. Horrible all around.

      They do not respond at all. Customer service is terrible. It's been two weeks and no response to my order going missing. I never received it and can't get customer service to contact me back. They no longer take calls and their email blocks emails from going through to them. Proceed with caution. I will never shop here again. They also don't answer on their social media account.

      I made an online purchase for a pair of Yeezy Bone shoes from Snipes and was give an error code from thier site so I tried once more assuming the purchase wasn't processed but later found out the purchases were all processed. When I tried to return the shoes at a store I was told they couldn't return them in store and it had to be done online because of the Yeezy brand. I made the return but was told through email (because there is no way to contact by phone) that my shoes were listed as final sale and I will not receive a refund. The shoes WE'RE NOT listed as final sale and I have a screen shot of the listing.

      I make an order over 1 month or lil longer the order say was deliver never was I gave try to cal them call ups they continue saying theirs nothing they can do but from snipes I haven’t hear anything it’s been almost 3 weeks since this I will never buy nothing from them very bad experience is unbelievable that they will charge you but will not respond to your emails nor have a way to contact them
