      Lemoore rite aid pharmacy the worst . There is always only one cashier even due the 5 oclock rush. Drive thru is a joke backs up down the street. Inside is worse then the drive thru. Call to check on perceptions and there never ready in a timely manner. Pharmacist is absolutely rude ive called to ask questions about medications or wait times. Customers beware this place has gone down hill in the last three years.

      I shop at the Rite Aid on Route 6 in Carmel NY. Store Associate Janet was very friendly and helpful! She helped me find what I was looking for, and assisted me with my wellness card.

      Recently when trying to get prescriptions filled I have been told delays were due to them being hundreds of prescriptions behind. Also, most recently was told a prescription needed pre-approval, but it was a generic which I would have just paid for out of pocket! My doctor was shocked by this statement. After waiting 4 days and having them blame the delay on my doctor I went to Weis pharmacy and had the prescription within 10 minutes. This nearly put my life in jeopardy as it was for a mental health prescription to help keep me calm immediately after and while being assessed for the extent of the cancer I was just diagnosed with. Pharmacies like this are detrimental to our society and will/do contribute to our country’s suicide and substance abuse rates. I am fortunate not to have gone down that road and in order to protect my own well being I will never, ever rely on this pharmacy again.

      So, apparently they just don't train their staff. I am a live-in caregiver for a disabled man who, among other things, is on the spectrum and wants a specific toothbrush. So I found it online and placed an order for in store pick up, figuring that would be easier than going in and searching for it. We get the email that the order is ready for pick up. I go in the next day, less than 24 hours later, to pick it up. the cashier calls for a manger, looks at the shelf, and says it's gone, someone put it back. Well, how long do you have to pick up an online order? Both she and the man who responded to her call have no idea. Can they look it up in the system? They have no idea how. Can they check to see if he was refunded? They have no idea how, insisting they're still in training.
      I get home and confirm there is NO email saying his order has been reshelved and his money refunded. As of right now, he has no refund but still has an email saying his order is ready for pick up. The nonchalant response of the employees absolutely blows my mind. They didn't cast around for pointless solutions like "I'll let my boss know, please call this number tomorrow." They just shrugged and acted like they didn't need to do anything. "Yeah, the order you paid for isn't here, you get no merchandise and no refund. What? Why are you acting like that's not normal?" The reaction was SO bizarre, it was more like how employees would act in a comedy sketch parodying annoying retail employees, like that Complaint Department sketch on All That.
      Rite Aid, if you can't train enough staff to run a location, CLOSE IT! How they can get away with taking people's money and just... not giving you what you ordered blows my mind. I have NEVER interacted with employees THIS incompetent and ill-prepared for their job, for something as basic as handing over an online order. Wow. Just wow. I don't care if it's their fault or management's fault, it's unacceptable.

      If I could rate lower I would. The manager when asked his name walked into his office and didn't give his name. I used to work there too so it's even crazier. The customer care standards have fallen to the gutter. I'll explain, I recently bought a few makeup items and two philosophy perfumes from this location as it's nearest to my home. All rite aids wrap certain products in a plastic film and place their own UPC on them to prevent the abuse of this policy ( "If you do not have your receipt but you have your Rite Aid Rewards card or phone number used during the original purchase, we can look for your transaction 48 hrs after the original purchase date and provide you with a full refund on your original purchase price." ) so I know that I have my purchases on file which is what the rewards system is based off of and therefore I'm still able to return this item and switch it for another or whatever. Well they don't uphold this policy and apparently The person on the register stated that he knows I purchased them there but the UPC doesn't match. Of course they don't because they have been filed under their own UPC. I see he doesn't want to look for the UPC so I call cherry because when I worked there we had stellar customer service and that's what I know to do. I show him the UPC on the store shelf and compare with Cherry's which is the same but he still keeps saying the UPC doesn't match as if I'm an idiot... This is terrible. You lost a loyal customer over 38 bucks. Mind you I was also returning one of the makeup items I purchased due to a complexion match and that has the rite aid sticker still they refused to return my items. There's no reason besides discrimination to deny me a policy especially because I use my customer number as it became habit as I was in the union and received a substantial discount. What gets me is that this manager lives on Park Ave right across from me... Literally worked on bellflower and then at PCH and went to Cherry. It's a crapshow.

      I applied at 2600 weir place chester VA, I was discriminated and insulted, I showed up to interview and they said the job was filled, I want that pharmacy mgr fired

      For the fourth time in five months the Rite Aid on News Rd, Williamsburg, Virginia has disappointed filling prescriptions.
      --In Oct 2022 the Pharmacy did not have our prescription ready for three days after having notified us it had been filled; we returned each time only to be given an excuse.
      --In Jan 2023 the pharmacy delayed refilling a prescription for our son, which he needed before returning to college, again after the Rite Aid app informed us the prescription was ready. This time when we went to the store, the pharmacist told us the app rarely works, but to come back the next day. We did and it was still not ready. So, we sent our son off without his med, and made a third trip to the pharmacy several days later, got the meds and made an extra trip to get them to our son.
      --On 24 Feb we went to pick up a refill for a controlled substance prescribed by the doctor, and the pharmacist said she could only give us a partial refill, and to get the remaining amount in a couple of days. We opted to wait until the entire refill was available; good thing because on 26 Feb a different pharmacist told us that if we took a partial refill, he would consider the prescription complete and we would must wait another month for the next refill.
      --On the morning of 27 February the oral surgeon who removed our son's wisdom teeth ordered pain medication in case he needed it. We went by the pharmacy an hour after the surgery and the pharmacist said the prescription had not yet been filled, but would be in an hour. When we went back at 2:15 (the entire pharmacy now closes from 1:30- 2:00) the prescription was still not ready. I went back at 5:00 and the pharmacist checked the computer and said he had no record of the Dr having prescribed the medication.
      I think the pharmacy has been under new management for five months or more because we had used this pharmacy since 2014 with no issues and have noticed a different set of pharmacists and staff in recent months.

      You're pharmacy employees at the Lycoming creek road store in williamsport pa should be ashamed of the way they talk to ppl. They claim to NEVER have my insurance in the system and ALWAYS try to charge me without insurance and they are so rude EVERYONE IN THAT PHARMACY! I'm taking my business to CVS. Rite Aid Corp you should be ashamed!!!!!!

      If you not open you should post online that you are not open due to staffing issues. I looked before going to urgent care and said they were open today for this particular location. I've been waiting patiently and go to the store to get the prescription for my sick child and they are closed! So frustrated and now it's too late to get it transferred to another open pharmacy.

      I keep getting calls from a rite aid in Russel's point Ohio and I've never been a customer nor have I given any info. When I call them and tell them to stop they say they have no idea what the problem is. When I block them they call again somehow. Stop harassing me
