      This company is awful, started out at $26 a couple years ago and is now up to $60 for two rolls of toilet paper every week and one roll of paper towels every two weeks and an air freshener every month. Been trying to get out of my contract and they won’t let me out. They are ripping people off. Initially, they said if you didn’t like their service you can get out of the agreement now they give people a hard time.

      Bad service. I asked the price for their napkins service. They told me it is 0.043 for each napkins each week. After the first delivery we was charged $ 360 something for 2000 napkins. 0.043×2000=$86. Why $360? They told me they will adjust the invoice. I kept asking them how much we truly need to pay for 1000 napkins each week. If we can not afford it, We can cancel the serice. They kept telling me they will adjust the invoice and give me the right price. It takes 4 months for them to finally tell me it is $144. The balance of our account was almost $3000. No adjustment was done at all. I do not understand why this company still survived. Why they can not be honest?

      DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. At first, everything was fine. We had a great delivery driver who was on top of everything. Since he left it seems like the whole company has gone downhill. The uniforms we receive look like they were run through a shredder instead of a washing machine. We pay weekly for Easy Care, which is a service that is supposed to repair or replace any damaged uniforms. We might as well have thrown this money out the window because not one single uniform was ever repaired or replaced. I talked with the manager along with his manager. They promised it would be taken care and all of the uniforms would be replaced. I waited 26 days for new uniforms and each week we were brought the same old ripped and shredded uniforms. I reached back out to the manager who personally apologized for it not being taken care of sooner and he would personally take care of it right away. The following week, which would be day 30... still worn-out uniforms. I have tried to terminate with this company many times. They will not allow it because someone who WAS NOT AUTHORIZED with our company signed an auto renewal contract and upon our realization, we called right away to let them know they had no authority to do so. We were told nothing could be done and we had to stick to the contract for another 3 years. So be careful because anyone off the street can sign the contract for you. The new delivery driver has not once, but twice been VERY unprofessional and rude to employees. They increase prices on the regular. Pay close attention to your invoices because they will double charge you and add on a charge for services you do not receive. I have waited the 30 days, I have sent in a certified letter to terminate services, I have offered to pay the buyout, I have called and emailed the managers several times to no avail. They must really be hurting if they are unable to release a business who only spends maybe 500 dollars with them a month. I could keep going have limited space.

      This was the worst vendor I have dealt with in my 25 years in healthcare. There is no customer service or service recovery. They lose your inventory with no recourse and still charge you for the weekly rental.
      The linen is often dirty and smelly. The excuse is lack of quality control at the plant. It takes multiple meetings to get service issues resolved.
      The local representatives constantly turn over. Upper management is useless. I resorted to reporting issues through their 800 customer service number. Tickets would be open and the local rep would close them without the issue being resolved.
      I sent a notice of termination with no response until after they thought the contract auto renewed.
      Save your self the headache. Managing the issues with this vendor for multiple accounts was a full time job. They should get out of servicing the healthcare industry.

      I’ve been dealing with Eddie Tran and all I can say is, hold on tight to that Rep. He’s amazing and an asset to Aramark. Very professional, goes above and beyond and extremely helpful. As soon as my boss gives me the green light to move forward, he’s the man I will be calling. Thank you Eddie for all your help, knowledge and professionalism. You’ve made my job so much easier!

      I work in the food service for Aramark at the Department of corrections in Zephyrhills Florida. I’m having problems with fellow employees, accusing me of fraternizing with the inmates, having a hard time with paperwork, and instead of talking to me in an kindly manner. It’s full of drama and I can’t take it anymore.

      We used Aramark for coffee service. They are by far the hardest company to deal with. I have spent countless hours double-checking their invoices because they are always wrong. Our first contract did not go well so we sent in a cancelation notice to them after our three years. We received a call to stay with them. They made many promises, so we decided to try it again. MISTAKE!!! We still had nothing but issues with them but planned to finish out our contract. Then one day a tech showed up at one of our branches to remove the coffee makers, without warning or cause. He said he was sent because we were not fulfilling our contract. Of course, I told him to leave and he can have his boss call me. His boss called and told me he would charge us a trip charge if I did not let the tech take the equipment. I asked if he had read our contract. After he calmed down, he admitted he hadn't read it but said it didn't matter because the "system" shows we are in default. So I called his boss, which I believe is the district area manager. He told me the same thing, was very short with me, and said our "system" shows your account is in default. I asked, Have you read our contract. He said I'm trying to pull it up now. He never read it. Once he did, he realized the "system' was wrong. Then he tried upselling product and asked for a second chance. We were way past the second chance at this point. The contract states that either party must give a 30 day written notice before cancelation. They tried cancelling our contract without as much as a phone call. I have spent excessively too much time dealing with coffee (Aramark). The only reason I gave them a star at all is because of the Administrative Senior Assistant. She seems to be the only sane person working there. I could never recommend Aramark!!!!

      This company is the worst I have dealt with in my 30 years in the business. The price for simple towels has went up 40% in the year I have had them. It would be half the price to buy new towels and throw them away every week. I have also contacted them about canceling service for the last 3 months and continue to get a bill every week even though no services are rendered. The bill says " breach" every week even though I have signed no contract and the price continues to increase even without service!!! I did have a manager call me 1 time in the last three months and tell me he would see about canceling my service. Btw, i was not permitted to get a manager's phone number or email address. What kind of company makes it policy to hide its managment from its customers? A very shady one that is who. I would warn anyone to not get involved with these people.

      If Aramark and or Vestis every contacts you, run away. They will rope you into a contract for 3 to 5 years. The pricing will go up every 8 month to a year. Example started with $59.00/week now at $172.00/week (3 years later). I termed the contract because no one could tell me what to cost increase would be. I now go a "final bill" with "liquidated damages and breach calculator". Apparently, they charge for house you rugs for future use and charge possible wear and tear. This make no sense at all. They should be ashamed. It is a scam. Cannot believe they are in business. Again, NEVER, EVER, EVER do business with Aramark and or Vestis.
