      1. Aramark deceptively had an unauthorized employee sign a 3 year contract.
      2. We had to ask Aramark for a copy of the contract and reached out to Aramark to notify them our employees cannot sign any contracts per our company policy and Corporate Resolution for Signing Authority.
      3. Aramark stopped servicing our company but sends weekly invoices, Aramark driver signs for the services.
      4. We notified Aramark of the corrective actions needed in a letter sent by USPS Registered, Certified letter to Aramark GM with a 30 day notice to fix the issues.
      5. Aramark ignored our letter and has not called or emailed to fix any issues.

      This company is just a damn scam company out of St. Louis Mo “Aramark”is a joke they are telling people that they will not be under contract that’s a lie we have a 5 year contract signed by a worker that does not have any authority to sign anything on behalf of My Restaurant.I will show them better then I can tell them how to do business the right way.I have filled 3 complaints last week they can come and pick up those $10 rugs ASAP I’m done with this company Thanks Moe

      As a patient at BUMC, one of the hospital locations they service, they are terrible. Food is disgusting, they hardly feed you, and they can’t handle allergen diets like celiac disease (gluten allergy). They are killing patients because of the weight loss people are suffering from that is leading to other issues. I lived here for 4 months battling cancer and I had to spend $100 or more a week bringing my own groceries or Uber eats food to myself. Then they only have like 3 choices and they aren’t even allergen free. Not to mention who wants to eat 3 choices for months on end. I’m back in hospital for a procedure and after several threats and calls and I was served eggs and bacon at 11am and then for lunch I revived a potato and a bowl of peaches. If you are a hospital company or medical center DO NOT contract with them.

      Ive never seen a company with less care for the customers. They either leave enough things to do the job or they leave so much ya have to store it. All the while the bill doesn't change. They dont fix or replace broken items in a timely manner. Wait weeks to get a mop handle.

      This is truly a disaster of a company. We signed up for their linen services because they were the most competitively priced. Well...you get what you pay for: terrible customer service, an awful product, and either fraudulent or incredibly negligent behavior.
      It took us 5 weeks (!) to onboard with them...for a couple hundred cleaning cloths and kitchen aprons. Their product was disgusting and malty and the staff complained, justifiably, from the moment we began using them.
      We cancelled within two weeks. They came and picked up their product. But, THEY KEPT CHARGING US! Week after week. I disputed the charges. The dispute was determined in my favor. When I emailed them, they said that they notified the credit department and that of course I won't be charged since they were no longer providing me service. THEN THEY CHARGED ME AGAIN!
      A mess. I'm in the process of getting a merchant block put on them.

      Do not work with this company. I wish I had seen these reviews prior to signing up with them. Prices are excessive. Look out for "Temp Energy Surcharge" that is buried in the contract. Product pricing is excessive, and equipment is average. Find another provider, life's too short. I would give them zero starts if I could.

      Aramark Uniforms Services **** ********* **** ********* ** *****  is a horrible /negative working environment and the administration is worse ( slave drivers) Steve G******, Greg and Desiree work employees to the bone and doesn’t pay them what they’re supposed to pay/ selfish. No sick days, overtime, bonuses ( All lies). When hired they don’t inform employees of what is to come. There are no safe guards/safety attire for employees to wear ( hardhats, safety googles, slip/fall shoes) Employees get hurt by machinery. Sincerity is heavily raised/focused on , they can do or don’t do whatever and threaten to fire other employees that get slave driven ALL DAY. Your employees are human first. Withholding wages/pay is uncivilized especially when they’ve worked for All of their money. Is someone stealing? I know they are physically and mentally abusing their employees. The unprofessionalism/mistreatment is tremendous and is a safety hazard within itself. Sanitation inside the facility is low, building is unclean, dirty as hell, employees deal with blood , soiled clothes without hazard waste protection, no training and employees are assigned multiple jobs and company says they not hiring no new help so very under staffed. Take in consideration that everything is based on production. Aramark needs better everything

      This is by far the worst vendor I have ever dealt with.
      It begins with me contacting Derrick (the area sales rep) to help get accounts set up for 7 stores. I had asked him of o need to make changes to accounts, who do I speak to. His exact worlds “I’m your guy for everything”. So after couple weeks, some of the businesses did not need service as often so I wanted to make changes.
      He stopped answering his phone. I would get text with”I will call you back” and never hear anything from him.
      Couple months go by and Derrick never responded. So I texted him to call asap please and surprisingly he did and his reason for ignoring me is that both of his parents had passed away. So i said please call when things are easy for you. Never heard from him again. So I try calling him and just send me the number to customer service and said any further needs, I need to contact them. Then I sent multiple emails to corporate asking for help on my accounts and no one responded. Just one lady name Jessica who said she has forwarded my information to higher ups. Then I had a meeting scheduled with area manager Chris at Stafford, Tx office. I show up and Chris texts me that I will not be meting him but instead meeting Yashua Levi. So I walk in and sit with Yahshua Levi and Bertrum Jackson(BJ) and explained everything to them. I was promised that my accounts will be taken care if. Mind you through this process, the invoices are piling up and my business being unable to afford. When I never heard anything from B J or Yahshua then I decided to send many many emails again to corporate since B J and Yahshua weren’t replying to my emails. Once again only Jessica replied stating she’s trying to help me but nothing ever got resolved. I wanted to bring my account current and continue service. This company refused to help me with anything instead sent all accounts to collections. And that collection rep threatened me in many ways.
      I do not recommend this company. Will regret it!

      The most unethical company I have ever worked with. Linens were dirty, and they never could provide the amount that the contract required. They also created bogus charges that were more than the linen charges, for insurance for scrubs which we don't even get from them. When we gave them 60 days notice that we were changing companies, they took our linens a month early without any notice because they were petty. No concern for the patients who drove hours for a procedure and couldnt have one because they were petty. I hope they go bankrupt and get what they deserve.

      Terrible company. They have taken over lodge reservations for Bryce Canyon Lodge. When I cancelled my reservation today for a room in October, I was told I would receive my $285 deposit in 6-8 weeks! Are you kidding? They also said they would send me an email confirming my cancellation and have not. Also, I have emailed several times as I tried to cancel online, and have got no response.
