PNC TECHNOLOGY AND THEIR COMMUNICATION STRUCTURE ARE HORRIBLE. THAT, ON TOP FOR POOR COMMUNICATIONS WITH CUSTOMERS IS FRIGHTENING!THEY DO MAKE FOR GREAT "COCKTAIL PARTY" CONVERSATION AS PEOPLE IN THE ROOM USE THE BANK AS A SOURCE OF NIGHTMARE EXPERIENCES TO TRADE WITH OTHERS DURING CASUAL CONVERSATION!PNC Financial Services Group, Inc.

I will never ever use this bank again. I currently am using this bank for my car note by default( since the dealership) approved my loan through this trash bank. Here is the issue. I pay my monthly payment early and twice already the bank indicated I was delinquent with my monthly payment. A couple days ago I got a nasty letter saying i have not made my monthly payment and when I called, they said via telephone this was an attempt as part of a debt collection. I told these geniuses why would I make a principal payment less than 2 weeks then default on my car note. Like does no one review these accounts prior to sending out these nasty letters. Since this happened to me twice already, they said they would add a note to my account. They mentioned this will take 6 days to be rectified. If this hits my credit report, this will be a legal matter. My credit is very high and they are becoming a big headache. So long story short, run as far as you can.PNC Financial Services Group, Inc.

Potential loan applicants, I am a new PNC customer for a Car loan and it's been unreal. I cannot make payments to my account and now at almost 60 day past due on a brand new loan. I have sent them checks with the account information and address that I have been given to no avail. However they are cashing them but not crediting my account while getting phone calls and threating letters about my account being past due. I have called to access to my account so that I can address payments while I fight over the checks they have already cashed but again not crediting my account. I call customer service they sent me to online banking since they are unable to help me only that they will not process any payments other than accessing my bank account. They will not except Credit Card Payments or even Debit Card which is tied into my banking account. No they want the Routing Number and account number to the bank or nothing else or I can fill out automatic payments where they access my bank account anyway. I do not feel comfortable with this since i have bad experiences in the past with someone drafting everything I had in my account so no thank you I do not want to experience that again. Again I have called multiple times just to get my Account ID so I can log in and make the payments however, again I get sent from customer service which will not help because it's a online banking issue. I call online banking and they cannot help and give me customer service and so the merry go around keeps happening. I have reached out to another company to just finance through them which they are happy to do once the account is up to date. So extremely frustrated and how to proceed unless I give them access to my bank account. If you are thinking on working with *** you need to know this is how they conduct business. I will eventually move this loan to someone else but everyone needs to be aware of this.PNC Financial Services Group, Inc.

They keep buying insurance for my house loan even after we send Declaration pages in. The insurance they buy is more expensive then our normal so it causes our escrow to go into a shortage. They we get the insurance resolved but our monthly payment will not go down. They state we will get a refund at the end of the year....BS!PNC Financial Services Group, Inc.

Terrible customer service. I sent a payoff auto loan payoff check and had to call daily to inquire about the status. Approx. 1.5 weeks after I sent it, I was informed there was an issue with the check and they sent it back. Over 8 days later, I still have not received my check, I asked for this error to be notated multiple times. I am still getting missed payment alerts, avoid *** they are terrible to deal with.PNC Financial Services Group, Inc.

PNC bank is the absolute worst!*** approved me for a new home, they provided both commitment letter and conditional approval email. However- at the last possible minute they denied my loan for no good reason.PNC bank had mixed up information on my loan and their managers were in process of internal investigation from their VP (*****) for failure to disclose the proper information and moving forward on a loan with improper details. There were so many failures with this process and others who provided false property details (example: appraisal report). The property in question had two dwellings on it, one was older and removed. While the other was built in 1990 (which is the one we are financing). ****** street view still shows the old house before removal.The realtor provided the correct information from the town hall, permits, pictures, and septic, etc. that proves the year *********** would not correct their mistakes and fix their misinformation denying me the loan.I do not recommend PNC bank for all their failures and the fact that they would not fix their internal problems, leaving the customer with over a month of wasted time, spent money, while denying the loan in the end.PNC Financial Services Group, Inc.

By far the worst experience Ive ever had with a bank. Between the 9 transfers and 6 different calls and thats just trying to access the account I just created the day before. Very unorganized. One says this, transfer next person says no its this. Transfer and on and on all for them to say after 9 hours of going back in forth that all I have to do is go into a bank and show my id.PNC Financial Services Group, Inc.

I went to the ********************************* PNC Bank. ******* racially profiled me. She refused to open a bank account for me with a social security card and an identification card. ******* questioned if I were an American citizen. These people are clearly financially incompetent.
