    I gave one star because you have to give at least 1to leave bad review. I was looking forward to using this service to deliver my dad a Fathers Day gift card since I was not going to be able to travel that far to reach him. I entered all my info correctly and went to payment. PayPal charged me twice, but it said it declined? So then I went to use the bank card connected to the correct same bank account. I authorized my card to be used. This also gave me no luck. When contacting customer service, they said I will never be able to use their service again! What kind of customer service is that?????

    This company was excellent on my first purchase. Now with my second request to purchase, I have been refused & banded from using this site again without any explanation. I am using a valid phone number & email address, sending to a valid phone number & paying with a valid PayPal account. There is no excuse for the refusal. They are ruining my granddaughter’s birthday. Hope they are happy. I certainly am not!!!! ***** *

    Totally Ruined my granddaughter's birthday present. She wanted some things from Lulu Lemon, texted her the gift card. They drove 2 hours to the store in San Antionio and it would not work. Tried several of the options and went around in circles. She is too young to have her own credit card to transfer it to. The other options did not work. What a scam rip off. Calling my credit card company tomorrow.

We are now showing that your recipient managed to exchange the GiftYa for a physical Visa card last Saturday. The card will be shipped and printed today and will arrive via USPS First Class in a generic white envelope.     Absolutely horrible experience. Ive used it once before successfully, but this time they cancelled my order because they were unable to verify either my order, my recipient, or my payment, no specifics about which. Then they cancelled my account. Their message said their agents would not be able to reverse the decision. Look for another way to send e-gift cards. GiftYa is no good!

    GiftYa is a scam!! I purchased a $50 gift card for my mother. I went to the restaurant with her, we spent 30 minutes at the table trying to get the app to work and get the code, but to no avail. They make it so hard to figure out that you eventually give up.Also, tried to get a refund issued and it's all auto messages in the chat, impossible to get a live person. I'm calling my credit card company tomorrow to complain and issue a refund.

    Cant get support other than chat. Going in circles.. All orders must be done online. Thats very poor customer service - sketchy. They declined payment of cone credit ard so now they have full credit info for two different cards in good standing and yet wont confirm. SCAM! Didnt want to leave any stars but required to submit .

Please also note that credit card information is not stored on our site. It is encrypted with similar software that financial institutions use to protect their client's information.
