Purchased a gift card, the recipient didnt receive it. Cannot get a human on the phone, or get a refund. I read the other reviews and cancelled my cc that was used. This is a fraudulent company.GiftYa

I bought my niece a ******************* w-gift card last week for her birthday. The following day is my daughters birthday, and my brother in law sent her the same thing. She went to use it today and called me confirming the CCV on my debit card. Im like why? She said because she went to use e-gc and it needed MY bank info to supposedly credit my account the $50 that gc was for. WHAT?!?! ??So I check my account and of course there is no credit. I met her in LuLu ***** and paid with my debit card. Then I came here to look at reviews and then immediately called my bank and had them cancel my debit card! ??GiftYa

I was having card issues. I made my purchases and the credit to me was not working After various emails with troubleshooting the tech support actually called me and walked me through it. Very professional and prompt service. Ill be using this platform in the future.GiftYa

Extremely deceptive advertising. Terrible product. They will lead you to believe you are buying a gift card from some known brand but then they require the gift receiver to register their cell phone and credit card before having to pay for the gift themselves. Then they claim they will pay the recipient back after several days.GiftYa

DON'T DO IT!!!!! This was my 1st time trying this website and it will be my absolute last! I do about 90% of my shopping online and rarely do I have issues. I purchased a $25 egift card and the order went through and the money was taken right out of my bank account. However, I never received confirmation of my order nor did the recipient receive their gift. After contacting support, an automatic message responded with sending me a link to an article stating why your credit card might not work online and my order was canceled. So they took my money, just to cancel my order immediately and then not refund my money!!! A word to the wise.... DO NOT USE THIS WEBSITE!!!!GiftYa

Horrible!!! They never repaid my credit card so I basically paid twice and when I finally did get through after 2 weeks they couldn't fix it online so they said they'd send a visa gift card back and they sent it to someone else so it cost me over$300 to purchase a $100 giftya card. Do not waist your time or money unless you want to throw it away.GiftYa

During the first three (3) interactions you abruptly left the Chat. I see during the final interaction were able to call you to find a solution to get your gift delivered. We ordered gift ya so an employee could have immediate money. We tried numerous times to activate and then it came up with the excuse that it could not be put on a **** or Mastercard. Your ad shows a **** card being unwrapped. Misleading ad, incorrect directions And no refund! I am trying to now send back to myself. If I dont receive a hard card I will be letting you know.GiftYa

BUYER BEWARE! This sounds all well and good and oh so easy to purchase a gift card and send via text or email. Little does the purchaser know that the recipient has to provide their personal information to utilize the card. NO - that is hardly how a gift card works. When I was made aware of this by the recipient (who was rightfully very reluctant to provide personal information) I immediately requested a refund from GiftYa and was instantly told that wasn't happening. Take the money and run! I repeat - BUYER BEWARE!GiftYa
